Firstly, I really enjoyed my experience in purchasing my car. The salesman was friendly and did not pressure us at all.

However, there seems to be communication issues between different people that work here.
The problem comes with an interaction I had when I brought my car in for service today. I received a phone call telling me my car had to come in for 6 month service. When I showed up, the man at the car service desk told me I was not due for any service. I asked him to take a look at my tire pressure sensor since it has been on incorrectly for 7 months. When the service was done, he informed me that all of my tire pressures were low and they fixed that for me. That was nice of them, BUT when I tried to explain that the light had gone on and stayed on even when the pressures were okay, I was not listened to. It was very clear to me that I was not going to be listened to by the tone the man used.

I would have liked to be able to explain that I had already been at this service center last summer with the same faulty tire pressure sensor. I was told then that all my tire pressures were fine and that the sensor was incorrect. I was specifically told that if the sensor came back on to bring the car back.

All in all, it should be obvious that I am simply upset over a small interaction that occurred today. In the grand scheme of things, it wasn t even that bad. BUT I do not like to not be listened to when I have a legitimate problem. I also don t like feeling like an inconvenience.
