Very beautiful, took my girlfriend there last yr and it was an amazing experience. The rooms are beautiful and the location is great. Theres 3 pools, 2 of them open 24/7 which is great cause we had late night swims every night. One salt water pool and a regular pool with a slide. The breakfast was great and the staff is very friendly. I would definitely recommend and would visit again

I stayed at the Conrad for business for five days. Easy access to the airport and convention center. The rooms are not spectacular, but well maintained and excellent views. I had occasion to eat at the grill in the hotel and the food and service was great. The hotel is close too many restaurants within walking distance. Given the price this is an excellent place to stay.

The rooms are nice. Staff is also very nice. There is a lot to do. However the hotel charges additional fees for everything including early check in. I have never paid additional to check in early before and I travel a lot.

The wifi almost never worked. There are nowhere near enough elevators, so you will be waiting forever. The staff in the cafe were horrendously rude and slow, and forgot 3 of the things we ordered. The safe in our room doesn't work. Neither does the remote. Most of the channels were fuzzy. Very few pool chairs. By far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

Gorgeous setting, nice swim up bar. The only downside was they didn't offer any type of food service. They were still under renovation from the last hurricane. The room was lovely and spacious, and the bathroom magnificent!!

This hotel is still suffering from damage sustained in Hurricane Maria, but it's still beautiful. Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms with a great vie, and a quick Uber ride to Old San Juan.

Beautiful hotel with plenty of beach space in the bay and out looking the ocean. Beautiful ruins around the part of the beach . Love the service and the employees..thought at the restaurant in the hotel which are 2 but one of them we tried the monfungo and it sucked! But all in all we enjoyed our stay.

Horrible hotel!! We were shown 3 different rooms and they all were dirty!! The base boards were coming off in the bathroom, paint peeling on the walls, the rooms smelled. There was bleach stains on the carpet throughout the hotel. I was in tears!! My friend and I cancelled our room and lost $150, but we didn't care. I would recommend The Condado Vanderbilt, it's an amazing hotel. We were treated like royalty! They even greeted us with champagne. Please don't stay here!

Incredible place, I don't have a single complaint. The pools, pool bar, staff, rooms, lobby, casino, everything was top notch!

They have some really great people working there; kind and friendly as can be. Especially the female manager of the hotel check in counter, the pool bartenders, the guys who work the area from the shared beach to the pool area, and the kid who sets you up with chairs and umbrellas... awesome, kind people. We will be back here, no doubt!!

I have been to dozens upon dozens of Hilton properties and this one was extremely disappointing to say the least.

I walked into my room and was surprised at how unclean it was. When I saw the fridge wasn't working, I promptly asked to switch rooms to which the sweet lady at the front desk kindly accommodated me.

The next room was MUCH nicer! However, when I settled in, I noticed hair and collected dust all over the floor, in the corners and on the couch... kind of gross.

Breakfast was very disappointing as well- the service was not the classic Hilton experience one would expect.

All said and done, I would not choose to come back and would definitely not recommend this property.

Great location, plenty of things to do in Old San Juan (but a bit far for a walk). Decent number of restaurants within walking distance, mainly to the east. Rooms are nice, mostly well designed. Bathroom doors are not very private - can easily see into the bathroom even when closed. Closet is inside bathroom, oddly. Water pressure not the highest. Walls are pretty thin, letting a good bit of sound through from hallway and somewhat from adjoining room as well.

Upon arrival we were greeted with a line of 5 parties waiting to check-in, one employee at the front desk. We waited over 15 minutes before someone finally noticed and sent for some help. We were not offered help with our luggage and then told we had to take the elevator up, cross the bridge and take another set of elevators up to our floor.

We paid for a suite and though it was large, the door to the patio stuck, the door to our room stuck and one of the two elevators in our tower broke down, causing crowds of guests trying to utilize one elevator in a large hotel. We also asked THREE different employees over a two night stay (AND TIPPED),a front of the house employee, housekeeping and a manager if we could get a blanket for the sofa - No Blanket was ever delivered. The halls were consistently filled with dirty towels and linens. only being cleaned up after 5 p.m. and the majority of employees were polite, but not overly welcoming.

The pool was nice but unusually cold, the hot tub was lukewarm and the beach, though the lagoon was nice and the water clear, if you like waves - I wouldn't recommend staying at this property.

Upon check-out we had yet to receive our bill, I had to approach the front desk and request it, then the front desk employee asked if we enjoyed our stay... my response, "not really" he then interrupted me and said - "here is your bill".

We moved to another hotel, it was also listed as a 4 star and it SIGNIFICANTLY changed our view of San Juan. It was worth the additional $25's a day for the service, hotel location and comfort. We are HHonor Members and I don't believe we have even stayed at any other HH location with a 4 star rating lacking the cleanliness and service.

Stayed here and enjoyed it, the decor was very trendy South Beach type of feel. The staff was great only thing is I was told by staff that It wouldn't be a problem to check in a bit early but when I arrived at noon I had to wait hours till 4pm they say they will call you when a room is available.... Oh! Also there is and $50 charge "resort fee"... But besides this they gave me access to the premises and held my luggage which helped as i was able to play in the casino and have cocktails at the bar with a gentleman named Armando he was very nice and kept my drinks coming, great job! The out door patio was an added plus with an ocean view and lawn chairs the pool, and jacuzzi area was cool lots of spaces to hide out and chill also the building was connected to the one across the street as one building was ocean view and the other was the lagoon with a cross walk to connect both buildings and then Dennys was in the lobby which feed my nightly cravings.
The restaurant/cafe on the mezzanine by the bathrooms and casino had great food and drinks at the bar for dinner but the breakfast was very expensive and not good at all. Over all I would definitely recommend this hotel to others I had a ocean view room with great view and the balcony was nice the door handle was a bit rusted by ok, i would totally suggest getting at least one night in the penthouse to enjoy the fabulous then just down grade the room as you will still have access to all the facilities and fixtures, but the rooms are very nice so the more u spend the better it gets definitely will be my place to go to for now on!

from 10pm til 2am the food is delicious and huge portions for cheap I suggest
" if you don't mind people smoking " to sit on the upstairs/outdoor patio to watch people stroll along Ashford Ave.
Just a bit of a tip to add to the experience.

I had an amazing time here! I went with my boyfriend this past weekend (Aug 9-10th) and the weather was BEAUTIFUL! It was in the high 80s the whole time.

We went to the concierge who booked 2 bicycles for us. The man who came with the bikes was super helpful in letting us know how to get places on the bikes and which locations were appropriate for what we wanted to do. The bikes were $30 each from about 12pm to 10am the next day.

We road on a bike to Isle Verde (about 45 min ride) and the next morning went to Old San Juan in the morning. It was amazing!

The room itself was really nice! It was clean and had a bathroom and safe included. The bathroom was a little small but that's not something I care about. Theres a Starbucks and a Denny's downstairs! I loved this hotel. The only thing I would do different is eating outside of the hotel. We had one dinner here and it was just crazy expensive for normal food (Shrimp Scampi and some Cod)

Post hurricane Maria, they are still doing repairs. I gave them a star for that. But still, there are a few things that are just wrong. Elevator problems, no king size sheets for the king beds, sporadic maid service, etc.

Great location! The rooms are clean and comfortable! If you wanna have breakfast in the hotel don't go to Denny's because is a disaster, very bad service. I recommend Starbucks. Also I recommend a restaurant called Ropa Vieja that is close to the hotel.

I loved it! The room was clean and beautiful. The first hotel I've been to where to photos they post match up with seeing the room in reality. The staff was VERY nice. The only negative is you usually have to go downstairs for help because they get to busy to answer the phone. They have a great restaurant that is reasonably priced, watersports, and other activities. Also it's close to many food and entertainment spots so you can walk.

Got stuck in San Juan for 2 days due to the blizzard on the East coast. Black mold in our first room, black mold in our second room (didn't notice until the 2nd day when we were thankfully leaving), friends staying there at the same time said they also had black mold in their room. Fire sprinkler appeared to be broken off the wall in our room. Wallpaper peeling behind the bed. Hole in the wall behind one night stand. Weird stains/spots that wouldn't come off of the tile floor in and around the bathroom. The entire place smelled of mildew and other weird odors I couldn't identify. I've stayed in plenty of high end hotels and Hiltons, and this one is a disgrace to the Hilton name (especially considering its 4 stars). I would not recommend anyone stay here, there are plenty of other better options in the area.

Location is perfect

Location is perfect
Hotel a little dirty by the pool areas.
I had menstrual blood on my duvet, sheets and pillow case. Also found long black hair from a woman I'm assuming on the floor and bathroom.
Are you sure they cleaned this place? Not cool.

You can't really judge the property after hurricane, but you could see the place was run down before the storm, long long overdue for a remodel before the storm, the 1 is because the central reservations was totally ignorant or lying about the property, question to agent, "are the restaurants open with room service?". Hilton agent answer, "oh yes, it is a 4 star hotel, they will be full service", totally failure for Hilton unless they intended to be misleading, the only restaurant on the property open was Denny's, shame on Hilton
