If I could give it negative stars I would have a 12 o'clock appointment to come test drive a Nissan Rogue drove 2 hours from Massachusetts only to get here in it be sold very unprofessional no phone call to let me know just a I'm sorry it sold when I get there! Disgusting

Can't give a zero. Arrived 30 minutes prior to store closing 7:30pm. We test drove the car and agreed this was the one we wanted. They provided us with finance paperwork to fill out By that time it was 8:30 and everyone else had left. They asked me for a $500 deposit, but I wanted to make sure I would be approved before any money changed hands.
I Had a verbal agreement to sign paperwork on Sunday. The day before I received a call stating they had someone looking at it. And he needed to check with the manager I could make a deposit over the phone.
My fiancee had a conversation and was told he couldn't take deposit over the phone and he would see us tomorrow to sign paperwork for the car I then received a text around 5:30pm saying they had received a deposit from someone else . When I informed the manager he shouldn't have shown anyone else the car he laughed and said that's not how the world works

Be very careful with the dealership, was made an offer on a limited trim model of vehicle and after confirming the vehicle was there drove out only to be told it was under deposit and there were no others didnt even offer to bring in another limited. Went to work on the numbers on a limited premium only to be then told the original quote was for an xle even though there email stated the limited. We were informed the could honor the original email offer on an xle that was available.

Went there and checked out a car that I had liked , they had me fill out an application and ran my credit etc the usual stuff , since it was close to closing they said they'd reach out to me Monday since it was a weekend I said sure no problem. Monday comes, no call , Tuesday no call, Wednesday no call , okay so I then call them and come to find out they said I never filled out an application with them lol they lost my application and kept asking me if I wanted to fill it out again, I said no thanks and hung up .. waste of time

They say they are taking COVID seriously and has signs at the doors requiring customers to wear mask. However the employee was not wearing mask and made me very uncomfortable.

They must instruct all their employees to wear mask while in front of customer.

On October 15, 2019,
I, purchased a 2015 GMC Sierra from Stephens Automall in Bristol, CT.
I was told at the time that this was the ONLY vehicle they had within a price range I could afford. What they didn t tell me was that there were defects on this vehicle, that I would never have known about until I took it in for a service. The reason I brought it into to service:
I heard noises from the back tire area and some clunking sounds.
On December 12, 2019, service men took it in and repaired under warranty, the following:
Removed rear differential cover, found excessive amount of metal and fluid and on magnet. Ring and pinion side gears badly worn. Removed carrier from housing, side bearings pitted. Replaced side bearings, pinion bearings and set up new ring and pinion. Had to replace governor for limited slip as well due to damage to teeth on gear.
The truck was supposedly set and ready to go on December 19, 2019. I took it home.
My question to the company was why a truck with this amount of defects was sold in the first place.
I brought the truck back again on January 2, 2020, hearing the same noises, as well as a new sound of humming coming from my engine. I was told by service that they don t hear a noise and the fact that they put over $3,000 worth of new parts into this truck I shouldn t hear anything.
I spoke to the manger of service, Don Basil, and he and a service man decided to do a road test with me and during the road test they stated they could hear nothing but wanted to keep the truck to do what s called a Pico Scope Test. The highest Pico recording was 12mg and they stated as long as it is under 20 MG it is within manufacturers specifications for the test and no repairs were made.
I told them that there was a clunk when taking off in gear they kept insisting there was nothing wrong. I went ahead to get a second opinion at Meineke in Bristol Connecticut and was told by the gentleman there that all of the GMC Sierras 2015 and 2016 have smaller engines which delays shift transmission in the fourth gear....it seems to be a problem with all of these trucks.
i m not quite sure how professional serviceman who should have a complete knowledge of these trucks couldn t tell me this in the first place instead of just telling me they hear nothing maybe they should have explained to me that this is an ongoing issue with these trucks.
I then took all of this information and went back to the GMC dealer where I purchased the truck, and spoke to the sales manager Brian Bernardo, who informed me there was absolutely nothing he could do except put me into another truck where I would have to pay over $1000 a month. He also didn t seem as though he cared about customer service one bit and because he s not a service person or a mechanic, he couldn t help me.
I m not trying to get some monetary value from this, I simply want a truck that runs correctly and is satisfying to me as the customer.
The only thing I can do at this point is to contact a lawyer that deals with the CT lemon law, and see what they can do for me...

I was at a shop today and ran came across a delivery driver from Stephen Auto Mall.
I'm happy to say that he was wearing his mask and seemed like a good guy.
No blaring music coming from the vehicle. He was cautious while maneuvering in the parking lot.
It is my opinion that he is a shining example that I wish other would faithfully follow. Good job!

I worked with BJ evens, he was attentive, knowledgeable, patient, experienced, not pushy, and matter of fact. Extremely personable. I was in time crunch for a vehicle and BJ was the best sales man I have ever talked to and I would highly recommend him. During my time at the dealership and speaking with people over the phone it seems BJ is the rockstar of this dealership and has the most business coming in. That being said he is a busy man. He took the time to help me with the vehicle I ended up purchasing, and gave me his undivided attention while we were there. He kept to his appointment as best as possible. He was courteous and respectful. He paid attention to my wants and requests. He took his time to answer my questions and help me become familiar with the vehicle. He set up a free trial of onstar for me as well and helped me through the set up in the car. I am extremely pleased with the experience I had with BJ at Stephens auto mall.

I suggest people to be careful with this dealership. They have no integrity which most dealership don t have. They will take all your money. Do your research before you buy. This dealership have zero integrity.

Received battery through body shop (Windsor CT) in October 2018. Battery was going bad and had to replace August 2020. Charging system checked SAT. Picked up new battery from Advance Auto. I was told I had to come back to them for replacement battery. Out of $175 for battery. Unsat customer service.
