I have been taking care of my grandmother through this company for almost a year and honestly the experience so far has been Great. My pay is on time and my hours are usually right, you clock in using your consumer house phone and clock out the same way. If you miss a day or forget to clock out you can send in a timesheet but someone from payroll always call me so I guess everyone is different. As far as the hiring process goes it was fairly smooth you go in to their headquarters office with all your documents and the fully completed application, you take a picture for your I.D and then you pick a time
and location for your drug test and shots. The day of your appointment you re sitting with a large group of people waiting for your name to be called, there you put your belongings in a locker and go to the bathroom to give urine, from there you sit and wait for someone to call you In a room for your weight,height, and shots. Once you are done you see a woman who confirm all you information is right and you leave. Who ever is assigned to your case the person that came out to the consumer house will call you and let you know if you re hired! Only con is your pay stubs are sent to the consumer home not yours. Highly recommended for families.
