concentric letting in wolverhampton is such an amazing company!! they are so helpful and have such knowledge it s impeccable! they approach u in a very nice way and helped me so much, explaining everything step by step so that i knew what was coming. if it wasn t for concentric lettings, i wouldn t have had a single clue about any of this!! the staff were so nice and made the whole experience a lot more fun!
Tonight I have taken part in a very informative webinar conducted by Ali and Dawn from Concentric. Very helpful with information for a landlord that has not been up to date with all the new legislation. Great to find such a professional company that wants to advise and help landlords.
I I was very happy with the service regarding sale of my property. As a person with disability the sales person Vikram Singh when arranging viewings was very respect full and courteous he took into account my disability and communicated with potential buyers in a very understanding way he was very good at his job with good communication skills. He also followed all the covid restrictions and Kleenex all the handles on the doors he opened. I would recommend the service.
Really friendly staff, Lucy dealt with our property and she was really sweet and kept us updated by phone. Letting agent's staff can be scary so next time we move, I hope we can go through concentric again
Vikramjit Sandhu has been very polite and respectful when I was l leaving my flat. During the process he made sure viewings/times were alright with me and if I needed to make adjustments it would be alright, due to the regular updates.
Moving in was also simple and straight forward with Concentric at the time and any issues with the flat they assisted with when it came to contacting my landlord. Luckily my landlord didn't hesitate so issues with the flat when I first moved got resolved pretty fast with the quick communication.

Moved into a concentric managed flat last month. My first rental place and first time living off myself away from family. Zoya was brilliant with communication through the process over taking over the tenancy. Some things are taking longer to get done with the current circumstances and the agent managing the property now is lacking a little with communication, it will take her days to reply to emails. So far pretty good though and the flat is nice, still needs a little work but very nice so far, can only get better.
This is an excellent company and Vikramjit Sandhu made the whole process of moving houses very smooth. He followed Covid rules when showing us round the new place and was very respectful, courteous and efficient throughout the whole process, great communication!

Ali Durrant from Concentric Sales & Lettings is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Just had a portfolio review with him and his knowledge and enthusiasm for the property space is second to none. I wish all my properties were in Wolverhampton so I could give them all to him to manage.
