I really love this place.

I bought Compaq CQ57 notebook battery from here but the fact is for the very first time I got a shock from you guys when I got a substandard quality stuff from you guys otherwise since long I have been associated with you guys i.e. 2011 that I was assured that anything I buy from CZone is quality wise at par therefore this experience is something hitting me on your behalf.

The attentive there in the shop are supportive and human friendly. Their behavior is awful. But rates may be considered reasonable

1st time I visit the Store, bt Store costumer dealing is not upto mark, I went for purchasing of USB flash drive there, bt I have to wait for 15 minutes in store just for USB, very proudly staff, not a good costumer dealing....its better to go somewhere else...totally bad experience...

Went there for the fist time. I was happy to see that the entire staff was wearing masks. They restricted number of customers inside the store. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable. I hope that their after sales service is as good.

I live in Peshawar and getting high end computer accessories is difficult and brands like Razer and Logitech is non existent in Peshawar. It's been 4 times I have ordered my Products from C-Zone and I might tell you. I always got my product shipped to me in Mint, Sealed Condition.

worst customer service ever, they neither pick up calls nor they deliever on time also they cut the phone calls of their customers. i dont trust them. Cancel my order(order id: 75660) i called you multiple times but none of your staff picked it up.Cancel it.

You'll find everything about Tech here in czone and in a great cheap price... Much better than anyother stores.. I just love this awesome store. The only thing I don't like about this place is the customer service. Some of the employees in the store talk very rudely and disappointed many of my friends. I hope czone's CEO gets much better and polite employees :)

They are there for us when we need them.They have also helped to repair and maintain appliances in a timely fashion. Great techs when needing home service.

Reliable shop for computers and other related accessories, they also have a E-COMMERCE website through which you can order online and get the delivery to your home or office locations. They are a bit expensive but the products are always authentic.

A very diverse collection of great quality products but the after sales service could use some work. Most returns or exchanges are handled by a single person who is almost always overwhelmed with work. Increase in manpower would help loosen things up.

Good stock but very rude staff. Avoid them if you want to buy something trivial like a mouse or keyboard. They only respect customers who are buying big. Sad really.
