In my opinion, czone is the best software hardware storein town. They have a wide variety of all the gadgets and tech support. All kinds of licensed softwares and hardware available.

The prices aren't the cheapest but they offer good service and 100% original products. They also have no complimentary installation on a product worth thousands of bucks. I got a M.2 disk added in my laptop and the guy didn't reassemble my laptop correctly, the keyboard is bended so I need to fix that myself. Otherwise, one stop solution.

Best place to buy computer related products. They charge Rs.100-150 extra if we compare to local main market but the service they give is very good. Overall a great place to buy things.

I buy only few things from this store because they gave in final price. If u search nearby shops they will give you discount of 100 or sometimes more or less. But there's a satisfaction from buying Computer Zone because they have everything original.

No staff. Just go in and order what you want. They take out and you pay money. Don't speak to them. They will get furious. also you cannot buy anything without face mask. That's another thing that they have face masks on beard instead of nose and mouth.

Ordered asus tuf vg259qm , got the best price in the market from computer zone , totally satisfied not scammers , as i ordered monitors were out of stock but still they arranged me one with the same price but they need to improve there customer service , sometimes they are not available

CZONE is worst place to buy a product. They are not able provide service, even during their working hour. Products are listed on website and they dont have proper knowledge to guide customersthey just arrogsntly says check our website and select by your own . Staff is extremely lazy, they make every excuse to avoid installation of any computer accessory like graphics card or HDD and informs that you can come tomorrow at this time, like what the hell? Does CZONE want us to purchase a product in a day and come for the installation next day? you are selling products to customers not system builder and services are very important part of it. Please avoid this shop at any cost unless you are a system builder.

Best of the best computer store in Karachi. Very reasonably priced stuff. Lowest price in Karachi just like Galaxy store but CZ have more versatile & much better consumers friendly website. Still they can improve by giving customer door step after sales service.
