Worst Worst Worst Customer support.
No response over phone or email. They are just selling product without any customer support and service. If you claim warranty from czone then they are not answering over phone and email. They need to improve customer support and refund claim.

The place is average according to most of the pc shops to shop and to repair also price is a little high from techno center

It's always a go to place for computer parts however there aren't many seats. It's always been an issue whenever I visited.

Every expensive item i bought from them disappointed me be it 1tb wd black hardrive or 640 hd green harddrive or assus 60 mm speaker headfhone and bad experience when i went to claim my hard drives sultan said these item are obselete so i have to go to wd service center and they gave me 1500 for my green hard drive and 2500 for my black 1 tb

Czone has become more like a greedzone. They will normally cancel your order after 3-4 days and will ask you for a increase in updated price, despite conforming your order amount. Their customer servicr is trash, they don't pickup your call. I just have worst experience with them.

I have bought a logitech keyboard and its spacebar was faulty. I claim warranty. They replace the keyboard with new one. I am really happy about it. Price are little bit expensive but their warranty claiming is excellent.

Its a good computer shop but do not believe on the stock availability on their website. Call them before going. I wanted to buy a refurbished laptop and traveled a long way to the shop to buy it (believing on stock availability at their website) but it was not available. Then they committed to get the stock available in the evening. I did the same traveling and again it was not available at committed time

I bought a laptop and the shop itself didnot even know the defects in it ... poor battery and it shuts down .. even the key wasent working... and also very poor customer service they dont really reply on phone..

Reliable place but charging money on using debit or credit card is not good. No big store in Pakistan does that. This means they are not paying tax (which they also told me on my face).

Poor custimer services...walkin customers have to wait for a long time to be entertained as all the staff was busy in dealing with online orders....as far as the accessories are concerned they have wide variety. But they definetely have to do something about the custimer services for walkin customers.

Best variety - Competitive rates with local market - Best environment - Cash-on-delivery option - Website having all products with specs and rates. Only one thing I dislike that everything is not available on outlet for display and demo. You have to pay some cash and book the product and come next day to have its demo before full payment.

Bought 5 used PCs from here so far, a little expensive as compared to others but the product is guaranteed to be good quality, why 4 stars? Sometimes things like used monitors could get a little too expensive and I end up finding a better deal in the neighbouring shops...
