I really can't wrap my head around the fact that they have such a high rating. Their customer service is non-existent. I felt like I was doing them a favor buying from them, typical Pakistani egotistical people. Visit Indus tech instead.

Good place. They have catalogue on their website. Customers can browse the catalogue in shop and choose their desired product. They guide very well and they have good professional services.

Bad public dealing,no accuracy of availabilty of stock.badly discouraged

Good decent prices, although selling graphic cards at a very high markup. Excellent website and should be visited before going to the actual store. Location is in a very congested area and barely no parking. Customers should also ascertain their warranty and return policy which is fairly tricky.

Bought a bunch of stuff from czone including Mouse, headphones etc and they are really reliable + quick to deliver as soon as payment is done :) recommended

Bought 2 products from here, had to claim warranty on both.

Their warrnaty service is absolute trash, and they don't take any responsibility. you're better off buying from a different place like galaxy where the warranty service is way better and the products actually last.

CZ is one of thr best shops to get computer related equipments. Rates are competitive as compared to other big names in the city. Online ordering facility also available and they deliver within Karachi.

When you go to their store they don't listen to you properly.. Your problem.. They just go to another shop.. Adjacent shop.. I don't understand.. What happened to their behaviour.. They were very good.

Its a very good place to buy new products like computers tabs and laptops. Prices are very competitive for new products only. High for used products.

Went to CZ yesterday, because of COVID 19; SOPs are being followed long queue have to wait for 30 minutes in Sun outside; dropped the idea to go inside.

After reading many negative reviews I wonder should I make another attempt. Seems to be monopolizing its location; as other stores are located in busy business districts

They sell what they tell.. Most recommended for those who are zero percent illiterate regarding laptops, accessories and related gadgets and don t want to be fooled. Always satisfied with the products purchased from them.

I make online order which is still in pending. Continuously calling but no one is receiving the call.

I just found out that the printer that they sold me is not compatible and their claim of being a reputable company is very fake. Those who may deal with them need to be extra careful.

Pathetic Experience, Bought New Dell Laptop, motherboard got short in six months and they denied local warranty and claimed unusual extra charges for repair.

Poor customer service over the call and I doubt the error is from the person end who answered the call or may b whole staff same. Well for one (urgently required) laptop they want 5-7 days, no option fr self pickup nor delivery @ earliest.
