They fixed flicking of Laptop screen and charge me 3000 Rs without discount. They damaged my sound card and after one month again flicking of screen started.
Over all poor experience.

Went after an year. Had to repay 3500 to replace laptop ribbon again with one week warranty. They fixed speaker problem as well.

Reluctance on occasionally needed exchange or returning of any items. Gentle and educated staff but a bit reserved and too serious. Parking problems. Due to constant gutter leakages & encroachments, road conditions are substandard.

You can buy online and visit there. You can get easily there affordable price.

Most reliable computer store in Karachi however there is no space for parking and difficult to get to during peak hours. I recommend traveling via uber/careem or opting for the home delivery option

The products which they are providing it is too expensive with low quality product.last time i buy laptop charger which have low durability. According to my experience they are making fool to the consumer by charging too much money for their all products even mobile accessories to computer.

I normally buy computer accessories from here as it is near my house. They have their website from where you can have an idea about the availability of the products, but honestly they don't maintain the availability of products in real time so call them before your visit. Overall my experience is good.

I started using them when I was very young. They had a small rented shop near medicam churangi. After I moved back to the city again I was buying a lot of computer stuff from galaxy.pk. I saw better prices on czone and started using them. Going to their store in Gulshan was a terrible experience. I haven't seen such dead and unhelpful staff in my life. Never have I heard one word answers for 7 questions in succession. But good news is galaxy.pk prices are now way better than czone so that's good news for me.

They are accepting cash only. On the Debit cards asking for additional 2.5% charges.
No matter how good their prices are in the end will have to pay more.
So better buy from Techno city where you have lot of competitors.
