When I walked in I became skeptical after seeing all the No Refund on ink signs but it was an emergency. I needed ink at the point so I purchased the ink for $41 and when I got home and put it in my printer, it kept saying error . So I used my printer to check how much ink was in the Carthage and it was empty ! Yes ! So that s money lost and time wasted !
Purchased s couple computers and have had repairs done at Computer Innovations several times over the years. Great service and great prices too! Chase and his staff are wonderful to do business with. I highly recommended them for you computer and repair needs.
Computer Innovations does really good work. They are very knowledgeable, have great customer service, and will take care of you in a timely manner. When I was stuck on some things, they even helped me over the phone. I bought my laptop and other accessories there for reasonable a price.
Chase and Computer Innovations have helped us out numerous times over the years with computers, tech support and having that printer ink for that last minute project.
