Great environment of fedora solution. Very good training and learning more. Excellent staff and beautiful interior. Want to stay long time with this organisation.

Manager driven and manager has more power. All are depends on your manager. No hike for last 2 yrs. You should say 'yes' for what ever manager says. Else you won't get any hike for sure. Manager does not know how to run a project. Non technical manager won't understand any technical issues. HR can't take any decision and they needs to depend / obey with the Manager. For Pune Office.

Mangers of the company are worst. They don't know how to deal with problems and how to behave with new employee they expect to be expert as them in 2 Or 3 months. And they don't gave salary on time. Please dont go there.

One of the worst place to work. Not at all professional. They want work work and only work from employees and they will not provide even a hot tea or coffee to their hard working employees. They will give you machine option and after a nine hours of work if you stand up from your seat, senior executive will see like you did a crime. Please don't waste your valuable time

I worked at Fedora for almost 2 years and I am more than happy for my time at this organization. I joined as an undergraduate but the kind of treatment I received from the seniors there was very nice. People at this organization are very open to suggestions and innovative ideas. The time shifts are also flexible. Also the festivals and events are celebrated in an brilliant manner at Fedora solutions. This is one of the best work place I can suggest you to work at.

Really bad company. I will never suggest to anyone to join fedora, they people are really bad.

No professionalism at all in the employees. No benefis for employees.People inside create groupism. They ask us to take less breaks and complete the work that is totally unnecessary pressure. Also seniors do not co-operate.
