My computer was a total mess, riddled with viruses and more or less unusable. I found an advert for Comuter Buddies in the local Paper, rang them up, Ben came next day and very efficiently and quickly fixed the problems. He even helped me to lodge a claim with PayPal. It's early days but the computer seems to be behaving itself.so I can't recommend Computer Buddies highly enough.

Awesome. Really friendly guy, no mumbo-jumbo and great service. Walked in with non-functioning pc at 1.15pm. Got it back in full working order at 4.30 same day. Obviously he can't do that for all jobs, but he clearly has a get-on-with-it attitude.
He charged 45 quid to diagnose, supply and fit new starter unit. I just looked on line and I'd have had to pay 36 just to get the part. If I'd known what to look for!

The scenario - my daughter arrives home for a quiet weekend.
And then ... a catastrophic failure of her hard drive and a traumatic weekend with the loss of her Master's dissertation was resolved by 'Ben' - calm, reassuring and quite the perfect individual who salvaged everything, replaced the hard drive and who allowed an inner equilibrium to return to the household - and all of this achieved before the 5.30pm train back to University in London! Computer Buddies are quite perfect and deserve a rating of rather more than 5* - many many thanks. (A sanguine reminder to back up everything)!
As I was very disappointed with the lack of service from KNOW HOW in Chester regarding my Autodesk software install, I came across Computer buddies who were very quick to reassure me that this was not a problem for them. I left my laptop with them and around an hour later they called me to say they had finished it. Overall, Computer buddies are fast, efficient and very reliable. I would Highly recommend them.

My husband & I have been using Ben's services long before he set up shop in Hoole and he has never let us down! We had encountered numerous issues with computers (and computing!) which he quickly and efficiently helped us out with. Ben is more than patient as we're not 100% up to speed with this rapidly changing field and is often able to help us out over the phone rather than ask him to make a house call or our having to haul equipment into the shop! Words cannot give enough tribute to the amazing service received. Emailed the shop with my issue and got an email with great advice within an hour. Took the laptop in for repair and Ben advised it would be ready the next day which is a lot faster then any other repair shop I have been to in the past. However within 3 hours of dropping my laptop off had a phone call advising all fixed and ready for collection. Asked for a memory upgrade and again thought it would take a day to complete but within 30 minutes upgrade was complete. One fast, smoother running , fixed laptop = very happy daughter. One excellent price = very happy bank manager . One excellent service = very happy customer who definitely recommends this shop. Will only be using Computer Buddies in future there is no better service in Chester !

One word......Outstanding! I had a failing hard drive and googled these guys. Based on the reviews I gave the guys a call, very helpful and friendly. Within an hour I had dropped the computer off for them to look at, and before I got to the end of the road they had called to tell me what the fault was and how much to fix. Within 24hrs the machine was fixed and back home. First class service and would definitely use these guys again and highly recommend them. Being freelance and dependant on my machine the speed of service and value for money is vital. In the recent past PC World took three weeks to respond to my repeated calls to ask when my machine would be fixed and even then its still wasn't fixed. Keep it up Computer Buddies!!

My computer crashed 5 times one morning, so I arranged to take it to Computer Buddies. Within a couple of hours the fault had been diagnosed and I was able to collect it the next day. The service was most impressive and I'll have no hesitation in using them again.
Without doubt, the best experience I've ever had in dealing with tech issues. My macbook had an issue with it's hard drive and I was unable to sort it myself and I dreaded the potential time and expense it would take to get it fixed.
