Words cannot give enough tribute to the amazing service received. Emailed the shop with my issue and got an email with great advice within an hour. Took the laptop in for repair and Ben advised it would be ready the next day which is a lot faster then any other repair shop I have been to in the past. However within 3 hours of dropping my laptop off had a phone call advising all fixed and ready for collection. Asked for a memory upgrade and again thought it would take a day to complete but within 30 minutes upgrade was complete. One fast, smoother running , fixed laptop = very happy daughter. One excellent price = very happy bank manager . One excellent service = very happy customer who definitely recommends this shop. Will only be using Computer Buddies in future there is no better service in Chester !
