The scenario - my daughter arrives home for a quiet weekend.
And then ... a catastrophic failure of her hard drive and a traumatic weekend with the loss of her Master's dissertation was resolved by 'Ben' - calm, reassuring and quite the perfect individual who salvaged everything, replaced the hard drive and who allowed an inner equilibrium to return to the household - and all of this achieved before the 5.30pm train back to University in London!
