The package and the box of the ink catridge I bought from here has been opened and taped back. Thinking that I had bought an original ink catridge but turns out to be scammed.

Poor after sales service. Bring a laptop to them to check during warranty period. But getting shock when heard their technician guy response. He is so impolite and not professional at all. Don't bother to entertain me. Totally poor customer service.
