I used Diana 3 different times on 3 different mortgages. In 2011 when I first time bought my house then I went back to her when I refinanced my house 2 other times. She gave me the best deals, helped my credit score, advised me with my financial. She went over and beyond to help me out to give me the best interest rate and lower payment. She is fast and convenient, answered all my questions and concerns. I recommend anyone that needs a mortgage lender to use her! I give her 5 star because she deserves it.

From a sellers point of view, STAY AWAY! If you see a buyer using 1st Securities, reject the offer immediately. The LO didn't properly qualify the buyer and delayed closing due to a dispute on the credit report. Amazingly, this issue didn t get brought up until the very end! Then the LO emailed me and was condescending and made false claims about her success which is a form of comedy. If you like to miss deadlines and unprofessional experiences, then by all means, go here!
