I have been living at Oak's Crossing for a while now and I have nothing but good things to say. The community is clean and the apartments are spacious. The management is always responsive to any issues that come up. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
I cannot say enough positive things about Oak Crossing. Tia (leasing consultant) and Shaleah (property manager) were both knowledgeable, kind, and prompt with every interaction. The apartments themselves are beautiful! I rented a Scarlet unit, and was more than happy with the amount of storage space throughout the apartment. I also had an attached garage which I HIGHLY recommend. Parking can be a bit on the scarce side, so having the guarantee and security of a garage was nice. The neighborhood felt incredibly safe and it was very well lit. I routinely took my dog out at night and never once felt unsafe. The dog park is another great perk of Oak Crossing! The best part about my experience was my interactions with Juan and Jim (maintenance staff). Juan introduced himself during my first week living there, and he said hello every time he passed by since then! Jim and Juan were always prompt, thorough, honest, and polite when they came for maintenance. I never had to wonder if something was going to be fixed - I KNEW they would get the job done. I would recommend getting a shovel if you plan to live here during the winter months, because there were times when the drifting did prevent cars from being able to travel. Oak Crossing hired a snow removal team, but if you're in a rush before they can get there, then you're SOL. They were always great about getting salt spread before ice started to form. In summary, the rent is on the more expensive side, however, you truly get what you pay for. I only left because I moved to a house. I would return here in a second if I ever needed an apartment again! THANK YOU OAK CROSSING FOR BEING GREAT!

Leakage from other apartments above make our stay uncomfortable with machines, noise, homes on the walls and bad smells.. plus people in and out to fix it.
