I arrived early, 11am for an 11:15 appointment. Three people came in after me. 11:15 came and went but all three people who came in after me, were called in first. I spoke with front desk. It appears their appointments were before mine but they all were late. I was penalized for being early and on time. 3 HOURS later I still didn t get my results and opted have them call me.
Seems like there s a need for new office management and/or new office policy for appointment management, because I would be stupid to race to get there on time ever again. Just come late and you re seen right away.
