Big International Hotel, with lot of room and services included. The Gym is superlative . Good location for meeting or conference. I will choose it also for a short holiday

Fantastic accommodation in central Warsaw!
The rooms are located on the top 20 floors of the house and therefore have fantastic views all. It is clean and fresh, housekeeping perfect and building more interior is well maintained.

The gym (which is very good for being a hotel gym) and pool are used freely by guests if you do not prefer to spend time at the spa or in one of the bars in the hotel. There is a very nice sky bar at the top of the 40th floor, a casino on the second floor, a lobby bar and a sports bar.

At the breakfast buffet, you are more than happy to spend an extra moment and eat freshly cooked omelettes that are cooked to order according to your own wishes or you choose and wreck, among other things, well-sized offerings.

It costs a little more than the average of the hotels but it is a well worth the investment. If you do not have the strength, you do not have to leave the building, here is everything you need and here you thrive. If you want to leave the hotel, there is a taxi outside or the central station on the other side of the street. There you have trains (convenient transport to and from the international airport), buses and trams that take you wherever you want.

Within walking distance there is otherwise the Palace of Culture is a stone's throw away and if you want to shop it is just as close to the mall Z ote Tarasy with 200 shops, cinemas and 40 restaurants.

Very good service and friendly staff! If I go back to Warsaw I will definitely stay at the Marriott hotel again.

The hotel, interior design has not changed for many years. It would be nice to be a little light, fresh.

I always came back to this place for many reasons, unfortunately the last time !! This is not a hotel of this class anymore! Embarrassment at 4.5 * hotel get burnt and stone hard pancakes ?! Photo shared !! ask for ambulance and pen (waiting 35 min)! No flip-flops in the room at the request to be provided because the children are at the pool and you have to somehow go to the elevator and the hotel translation time why bathrobes if there are towels at the pool ...?! Embarrassing !!! The ladies refill the bar, while for 2 days ordinary tea and sugar are not refilled, brought personally from the cafe next door, because all requests end with waiting at least 40 minutes or they end without echoes !! The service is terrible. Reads explain because the manager is not available because he has other activities at the time ...?!
I will personally report all these facts to the institutions that are responsible for the categorization of hotels !!! And to the consumer ombudsman because for such an amount and what is required from the customer at the entrance and then ignores it to the limit, it cannot be underestimated because, unfortunately, but in the pursuit of money, we increasingly forget about the most important, i.e. US CUSTOMERS !!!

We were very impressed with this hotels ability to give us an amazing level of service, despite being completely sold out, as we were part of a delegate group with around 800 people just at this Marriot and stayed 7 days. Even the AC was much better than other areas of Europe. The hotel lobby staff, all those that fed us each morning, the house cleaning staff, all of them super friendly and attentive. Hotel was kept spotless too. The food and drink at the bar was also quite good, along with the staff running that. Almost no single issue really. Only tiny gripe, the Italian food in the Italian restaurant on the second floor could be tightened up a bit and a little tastier, as the pasta was fairly undercooked too. Lounge was also above par, definitely appreciated that too. But again, this is a 5 star hotel experience, we were very pleased. Thank you Marriot and staff!

He made a bigger impression on me a long time ago. Corner room with a fantastic panoramic view of Warsaw. Nice bathroom, spacious room, well-equipped, very nice cosmetics. I definitely recommend it.

A high standard hotel with friendly service in a good location is everything you need high quality high standard restaurants good food lobby bar worth recommending.

Sky bar with a beautiful view. However it is too expensive for the quality of the alchohol.

Mariott a very high standard warranty and the particular finds its place the price has weight but as the saying Every so often you only live once

Rooms are big. Tbey sbould be updated, the same as lobby.
Good servoce in general except from R Pergamino where the ser ice toof for ever.

The hotel was a bit old, with the rest built in 1989. However, the appearance, equipment and quality of service are still at a high level.
I recommend business travelers, for corporate meetings, conferences.

I will say that the director of this hotel is totally for exchange but it's totally just on hotels I know very well just on these premium classes this man is not good for this insight but the hotel itself is sensational I would add before the name JW and why they closed with each other the disco was a great place, the bar remained at the top only with Panorama of Warsaw a great place And there is a casino in which full of Chinese people but of course you can meet the director there instead of in the office

Business hotel in the middle of downtown Warsaw. Slightly lacking in atmosphere.

Everything you could expect from a hotel was less than an asterisk, because for 14 hours there was a dirty tray with leftovers from food at the door next door

This is not a 5 star hotel anymore. The bathroom floor had a lot of body-hair when i arrived and it was not from my body. Took the hotel near to 10 hours to come and clean it. The music in the breakfast lounge was LOUD and horrible ! I want peace and calm breakfast and not som crazy jazz trumpet blowing in my ear. They have also relocated the breakfast from earlier , a nice room facing al. Jerozolimskie with windows where you could sit and watch the life outside , to now , A BUNKER with no windows ! ( it didn`t give me a good feeling ) The internet was not working half my stay witch i had paid for and i was not offered any compensation / refund or what so ever. And not to mention the klerk at the front desk who almost declared me for an idiot to be , as i was not able to connect to the internet ( Well ... It was broken so how could i ? )
I have staid with Marriott hotel several times before and have been pleased. But this time . NO ! It was not nice . I do not even know if i will ever come back.

If to say something positive , The room-maid from Ukrain who cleaned my room was a MUCH better representative for the hotel then all of the other crew together. SHE was serviceminded , smily and did her best for the guest and it was visible . And she did it with pride . The Marriott staff have really something to learn from her. and she was the only one who got some extra money from my pocket. So please take good care of her and treat her well , She is worth gold for you.
