A prestigious place in the city center. But just like in the whole chain, the hotel is not cheap

Great views, near the train station, across from the shopping mall. The rooms are very comfortable.

The hotel as well as the entire network is level. It's difficult to find fault with something, but the distinguishing feature from other hotels is the bedroom, that is, the bed and its equipment - nowhere is I as comfortable sleeping in the Marriott, no matter what city.

Most of the stay was OK except bathtub small and steep plus very uncomfortable way they cover bathtub with fabric curtain. In four strar hotel shoud have glass door. One more thing - very rude ladies at the entry to casino. Pretty but rude.

I would recommend. Very nice view of the center. Nice service. An elegant place.

Beautiful hotel with a fantastic view of the capital :) It's not cheap, but the location is great. Great location, right next to the Central Station. Tasteful rooms, friendly service, delicious breakfast.

Professional service at the highest level. I recommend rooms on the top floors due to the beautiful view. If you do not want to eat in the city, the M package would be really worth it and you will be satisfied.

Very nice Sky Bar with good cocktails at fair prices. Unfortunately, the staff is not very attentive, but friendly. Predicate recommended.

Big disappointment. Warsaw Marriott, which once - not so long ago, maybe 12-15 years - was a model of hotel culture not only for Poland, because its level exceeded most of the hotels in the West, today it has fallen below the average level. I used to live there often, but since I started InterConti in Warsaw, I moved. Then I stopped being in Warsaw. What a surprise I was when I appeared there again after many years, I found the same rooms, not renovated since then, and the same furniture. It must be admitted that their original quality was excellent if they survived to this day and are - as it is - usable. Bathrooms for this are no longer acceptable - a solution from 30 years ago: a faucet over a washbasin installed too far, so the water is poured onto a marbled countertop and from there onto the floor, in a bathtub a shower with a plastic curtain, tiled, unwashed. The time for renovation was about 10 years ago. As it turned out the next day, the largest wtopa is breakfast, which was once a model from Sevres for the whole hotelier in Warsaw and even newer hotels 5 * could not match it. Today it is tragic: two people prepare omelices from some egg mash, on long tables as previously laid out food in a limited choice and simple as in the 1-star ibis (without offending the solid Accor network): some two kinds of sliced cured meats, cheese cut into slices, salmon and herring. No delicatessen products, nothing more refined, but cut sausage or cheap ham in slices everyone can. Even worse with sweets - there were no cakes but a poor selection of buns. And finally, a total disgrace: coffee for sour milk. To make it ridiculous, a model of modern marketing for idiots, breakfast is available in 3 price versions and you have to fill in an idiot form at the entrance. We chose the most expensive version, something about PLN 100 for each person (I do not remember exactly, but it was one of those idiotic marketing prices with a ninth at the end, 99 or 89 PLN). Cheap grabs "specs" from marketing with up-selling. As it goes on, it's going to be a toilet roll will demand extra money. This is eating your own tail in the pursuit of profit. At the same time, costs are cut at all and give the client a much worse product, and above all, a deteriorated service in the issue of poorly paid and untrained staff from the round-up, not a professional recruitment. Well, but the hotel and catering technology has not been eliminated for nothing. Now we have this effect - hotel and catering culture fell below the level of the PRL and matched the level of third world countries. In conclusion, the Marriott is a pitiful fall experience. I will never repeat this error again. It is a pity, because I remembered so well the Marriott at the turn of the century. Unfortunately, my experiences from other 5-star Warsaw are similar, which I visited after Marriott with this review (after that it was miraculously silent and disappeared from the website). And this is the worst moral of this story. And finally, one more stone in the Marriott's garden: despite the reservation of two rooms well in advance from abroad and requests for a specific location of the rooms filed by the Marriott's corporate headquarters - our expectations were not met in one case.

Visited the sky bar at the top floor, nice and warm with a spectacular view of the city.

We were pleasantly surprised. At our request we got a room at 11.00 with amazing views. Delicious and varied breakfasts. Attentive staff. Good location. Clean and comfortable.

Very exclusive accomodation, SPA/leisure, restaurants, location, WiFi and services.

Convenient location - city centre. Nice gym. Car parking operated by third party, cannot be included in hotel bill.

A disaster, impossible to book for the new year, and when you make a Pre order you must pay the full bank transfer and 4 days later they return the money minus 90 and when you arrive at the place you ask explanations and have you answered "we do not understand! "And finally tell you give me your card for payment no commercial gesture did! After they confine you in 1 corner and you wait for the whole evening for nothing! So if you want to lose 2400 pln go there! Also no go your way I advise you.

A hotel for a 5-star standard is ok. However, inside it could look more modern :).

The best in the hotel are probably the views :-) remained the rest as OK, the average is that for parking you have to pay 200 PLN, for Wi-fi extra paid which is absurd at such room prices. Room clean. Very comfortable beds. There is a long wait for the elevator; /

Despite the small shortcomings (no bathrobe in the room but - after reporting I kept it in a quarter of an hour) noticeable unusually approach to the client. <br/> Service very nice, by big B. <br/> I recommend the hotel with a clear conscience: it's worth the price

Those wishing to say only about the gym. Jacuzzi, sauna, trainers for a big plus, although a small selection of equipment for a slight minus.

A hotel like any chain, but probably with the longest history, as one of the first of its kind in Warsaw.

Great hotel if you have an early flight from Warsaw Chopin airport, good price and maintenance

Unfortunately I was disappointed with this hotel, the hotel itself is nice, clean rooms and bathrooms. At check-in, the lady informed us that we had a room with breakfast and access to the M club lounge. Unfortunately, at check-out, it turned out that we had to pay for breakfast because we used the restaurant where all guests ate (At the entrance, the lady asked if we had breakfast included and asked for the room number) ) as it turned out later, we should eat in the M club lounge (no one informed us about it) where breakfast was very poor compared to the restaurant. The second not nice situation took place in the bar on the ground floor where we ordered two drinks after about 20 minutes of waiting for them, we wanted to give up because we were in a hurry for a movie screening, which the lady (probably some room manager) spoke to us very badly. The service at the pool and on the 40th floor was great.

Nice hotel, nightclub on 40th floor is nice and has great views of the city. Only issue I had is over priced parking.
