Good coffee and nice service plus good views on Warsaw

A hotel with a casino in front of Warsaw Central Station.

5stars hotel, 5stars rating.
Good size room, professional people, new and beautiful palace in a perfect location, and a good attention to their guests. I'm not used to book 5stars hotel but this time was the right choose.

Prices very good for an upscale hotel, terribly good meals, elegant decor, friendly service.

Good localization. Standard rooms, clean without reservations. Rich breakfasts. Asterisk less for service, you can be more nice to guests. Overall, I recommend it.

Good facilities and friendly personell in this well maintained hotel. Very good lunch options and good coffee. Only minor remark is that the chairs in the conference rooms were a bit cramped together.

Watched the game in the Champions Sports Bar. Overpriced but good screens.

The best views of Warsaw from its penthouse cocktail bar

Some parts are a bit old but views compansate a lot and service is perfect. Big thanks to receptionist Misza for nice upgrade! We had a great stay!

Well ... I think everyone knows what is the hotel though not everyone there. I was given to be there. Professional service at the highest level. Every employee is smiling and helping. Delicious food and executive lounge :) rooms clean and spacious. The hotel can surprise you with an inch below the picture a little mysterious but some will know what's going on. I recommend to everyone with a clear conscience and these views ..... :)

Hotel in the center of Warsaw, close to the railway station, service of the highest quality! I would be happy to work there, because you can see that the team likes to be like that! Nice views from the window although the quality of the food is not 5 *, but edible

One of the few places in Warsaw where it is said to be wireless phone charging.

Every year, in December, a Christmas market is organized by wives of diplomats from various countries. It is worth to be there, you can buy various gifts and try regional dishes.

The conference center is generally ok. Food very good. But in the course of both shared coffee machines closed. The guests are a little dissatisfied by this.

A real class. 5 stars, excellent service and excellent cuisine!

Nice service. Great lobby. Comfortable beds. You can have a good time at the hotel. There is a counter at the bottom. The hotel has a casino, conference rooms, spa and currency exchange. A great view from the window to the Palace of Culture and Science. Near Z ote Tarasy. Cool. Bathrooms could be more modern.

Strict city center, professional service, everything on site

Great location, for us everything was within walking distance. Only real complaint and minor was the shower. The curtain did not have magnets so it was sucked into the tub and stuck to your body . Also the temperature adjusting was very stiff, so you could not make minor adjustments, you jumped from too cold to too hot and back a number of times prior to getting near a decent tekp.

Everything is a plus, a nice place, tasty food in the restaurant.

Great hotel in the heart of the city, opposite the Central Railway Station and the Golden Terraces Shopping Center, Science Center. Soft bed, delicious breakfast, quiet and cozy. On the top floor there is a lovely restaurant bar overlooking the whole city

The view of the city center is magnificent from the side of Z ote Tarasy and the Palace of Culture. The breakfast is on the highest world level, everything that man can come up with is available. Omelettes serves the chef as we come up with it, it will add such ingredients :) Everything fresh and delicious, and above all, nothing is missing because it is immediately added.

A very luxurious hotel located in the heart of Warsaw. Worth recommending.

Right at the beginning there were misunderstandings regarding the use of the M-Lounge. An English-language flyer explains this, but I didn't get it when I was greeted. The club lounge (M lounge) is generally closed due to insufficient number of club guests. A smaller lounge (the first 2 photos), right next to the breakfast room, is open 24 hours a day. There are soft drinks and coffee there. In another refrigerator there are wines and probably other alcoholic drinks, which are available from 5.30 p.m. to 9.30 p.m. for self-service. Dessert in the form of small chocolate sachets is available from 3 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. In this lounge you don't get anything to eat, you have to go to the breakfast room (restaurant) next door. Breakfast is served until 10.30 a.m. In the evening there are also snacks there between 5.30 p.m. and 10.30 p.m. Unfortunately I cannot say whether it will be served just like that or whether you can choose something from the menu. In my case, I was allowed to choose something from the normal evening menu. But please, when you leave, make sure that this is not on the final invoice. It should actually be included in the lounge package for free. You can get yourself non-alcoholic drinks, beer and wines. I got coffee too. But as I said: check again at the end.
The pool is only open from 8 a.m. on weekends, otherwise from 7 a.m. Unfortunately the showers still have plastic curtains, which is completely out of date.
Overall, however, the staff is nice and tries to clarify all questions in the interests of the guest. Especially the lady from the guest relation was very caring to the club members. There is a busy night bar on the 40th floor with a beautiful view of the city. So the stay in the hotel turned out to be quite relaxing and I left with satisfied thoughts.

Best long island ice tea in entire Warsaw. Champions sportsbar has decent fingerfood (if they don't forget to serve/place the order with the kitchen)... Rest of the hotel is living up to the Marriott name. Restaurants are nice but overpriced. Hotel rooms are American standard and not European standard
