Absolutely disgraceful. They'd rather protect abusive tenants that break the law than their vulnerable, law-abiding tenants. There is little point in complaining about anything as they aren't prepared to lift a finger to help unless they gain financially.
CGA don't stick to the terms they have set out in the tenancy agreement. They let abuse and criminal behaviour run rife and house people in inadequate buildings. Their attitude appears to be 'shut up and put up'. They fail in every aspect of safeguarding.
Quite frankly gateway are low.abusive workers in management that have no concept of moral code .all the on the floor workers are great repairs.on phone wicked .known a lot of youth be taken on by them giving great prospects and training .......management need to realise we the scum pay their bills.....because we the scum we pay their wages ......they are our servants no matter which light they hold us in ........but well apparently a badge of any form just turns certain management into obsessive brainless inept idiots .

Disgusting place. Houses are falling apart and refuse to do any repairs takes a lot of reporting and asking to get anythig done then its never done right. Full of stalkers. If u are 10p short on rent they email you text you ring you bang on your door and send you letters. Have a payment plan that i pay rent monthly yet the week after i pay my rent im hounded and hounded over a weeks rent even though i pay monthly rent. Really bad company dont care about tenants just money
Well over a year for a repair. This isn't a simple repair this is the main security door to the block. Because of the broken door people can be found daily doing heroin and crack in the communal area. It's been reported well in excess off 100 times. Police have even been involved but gateway don't care.
Well they will soon, disabled resident just filed legal action for theft by deception, undue stress, negligence, gross misconduct and harassment.
You'll be expecting rent soon but won't be receiving a penny. Can't evict people without a court date, wonder who's side the judge will take? Were advising all residents to withhold rent.

Good firm and help when needed. But bad side they phone every month checking we have sent the rent on line even though we have lived here for years
I have ongoing health problems since November 2018. I have done everything within my power to get my debt clear. I have no.control over what Universal Credit issues as a first.payment. I made a payment of 330 when Universal Credit
Absolutely appalling customer service! This Association does not play by the rules of THEIR tenancy agreement! Repairs not done and don't even get me started on the rents team! Impossible to make a complaint as they all have each other's backs and LIE to back each other up! Once they mark your card they won't stop harassing you until you are out of their property, we'll sunshine, I'm not going without a fight, so you had better prepare yourselves!
They don't tell you when you end your tenancy you have to sign a form. Then they keep charging you rent after you leave and hand your keys in wait 4 weeks and send you a bill to cover the time the property is empty. Very very very sneaky charging you rent you don't have access too. Also they never react to noise complaints and most of the tenants are alcoholics druggies and tramps who throw rubbish out of the windows and blast music all night when you have work in the morning.
repairs system not good...had to call up to 5 plumbers out to sort leak out in bathroom,the last one actually removed the bath panel...this should have been done the first time round...also water running through electrical sockets ...not impressed

From what I have heard and seen today, Gateway is a totally despicable company which does not deserve to own a name let alone be responsible for anything. You have shattered the life of a good hearted member of society. You have deliberately,systematically and cold calculatedly destroyed a beautiful and warm creation which the community shared and loved. All for the sake of pride and ego. You have completely ignored and showed a total lack of regard and respect for a petition to save Jams community garden which had well over 5,000 signatures. A shameful and embarrassing example of British business. You are now very much disrespected by many many people and think this is where it will end? Think again......
I rent my flat from them. The rents are very reasonable and they are very understanding.
Got a legal action letter through the door about taking me to court about rent arrears after me telling them my situation. Then at the bottom it says if your having rent problems please get in touch.... Sian spink is one of the most horrible people to talk to about my rent .cold as ice no compassion for anything

One of the best housing associations in Preston offering affordable social housing was a tenant until recently had to move for personal reasons but was with this landlord for over 6 years
This is a company that badly manages its money. They waste money by overspending on staff and administration and underspend on their properties. They fail to realise that buying the lowest quality of products is false economy. The cheapest workmen do the poorest standard of work. The cheapest products last a fraction of the time. Their rent arrears collection policy is counterproductive and archaic. Overall, I am very disappointed with every aspect of this business.
A happy 'We actually care about you and our community' vibe is what you might get from their website. This organisation does NOT have your best interest at heart and unfortunately are only interested in self gain. Just when you need them, they'll be happy to not comply and destroy what it is you once called home.

Absolute disgrace,,did a mutual exchange after we was told the house had passed inspection ,2 years later I want to move to a bigger property for my disabled children ,I have to paint all my woodwork back to white,redecorate boys bedroom because they ripped some wallpaper,after that I have to fill in my pond and take up all my decking and basically turn it back into the swamp it was before they will put me on move register absolute fuming oh yes have to replace 4 doors that was not in the property when we moved in
The worse housing association going .. staff are rude and won't take a complaint. They put the phone down on you.. and send you letters every day regarding some matter or other .. wish some one would give them a proper job to do instead of walking around knocking on doors for 50p rent arrear .. I would advice any one not to go with this housing association .. repairs take weeks I have a 5 month old and my heating broke took 2 weeks come out to fix it
What a bunch of idiotic closed minded, art ignorant morons! I've just watched a programme on More 4 'Britain's Weirdest Council Homes' A gentleman has designed, & paid for, a communal garden that has 2 'near' nude statues of women. These are in no way sexual, or advertising sexual activity - they show the curves of a natural woman, just as the statue of David shows a nude man in his entirety. This is a form of art that brings joy to the community, enhancing the area & free for all to enjoy. Get your minds out of the gutters! This garden was not designed by Hugh Hefner!
