Waste of our time and money, very disappointed with our wedding photos and horrible customer service! This review is long overdue, I just couldn t find it in me to write it because I did have so much anger with the outcome of our wedding photos. I would write out our whole situation in detail but it would be a very long read, so instead I am going to bullet point what happened to us. The pictures that they took of our wedding didn t capture the moments. When you look at your wedding photos you should be able to re-live that day or moment as you look at each picture and when I look at our wedding pictures I get so upset because they are that bad! Why you shouldn t use Lyndsey Roberts as your wedding photographer.

-Told us what we wanted to hear-her customer service was very disappointing and felt like she was talking down to us
-Fake passion (seemed like she had interest in us and our wedding day)-she made us feel like we didn t matter after the first visit.
-Talked negatively about other customers in front of us
-Was not prepared for our wedding (I heard Lyndsey say to the other photographer at our wedding during post ceremony pictures say Did you bring the other lenses/flashes? No did you? ) They weren t prepared for the colder Florida weather either (she kept saying her camera wasn t working in the cold and it felt like we were so rushed through pictures because of it)
-On her cell phone a lot during our reception (we have video of it)

Let s talk about the photos!
-Our package we purchased was top 200 EDITED photos BUT we received over 300 photos in an album and only 5 were edited!!
-We had to speak up about her editing our photos because that s what the package included. Instead we received a lot of blurry and just horrible pictures!
-Not only did we have to go through every single photo and pick some that we wanted to make sure were edited but we also had to go in to her shop and show and tell her how to edit our pictures!!!!! FYI: we don t have one good picture of our first kiss...Not one straight on picture that captures that moment.
-Gave us story after story after story after story why our pictures weren t ready
-The lighting in all our pictures was so off...inside pictures all seemed too mush flash making us white as casper or no flash making it look yellow/blurry
-We didn t receive our pictures until 10 months later and let me remind you they were horrible!!
-Never responded to my emails and I ended up Facebook messaging her and half the time she didn t respond either

Please save your money and spend it on a different photographer...trust me it s worth spending more money on quality photos!!!

This company is BY FAR the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I signed a contract like an idiot with Lyndsey back in September of 2014 for Photography. In January I tried to cancel my contract. 9 MONTHS before I was even supposed to get married. She sat there and told me that I was not going to be getting my $800 deposit back because it is to cover all of the work that had been done already. First of all, Lyndsey did not do ANY work for me at all! I continuously was emailing Lyndsey trying to set up an appointment to go over Flowers for my bridal party. She would return my email asking when was good for me, and when I answered her I never got a response back. It was torture trying to get in touch with her. I even tried to call her multiple times on her cell phone and her voice mail was full so I could never even leave her a message.
I'm not even sure if she is legally able to hold me to this contract that I signed since she isn't even registered with the County of Volusia and she doesn't have a Local Business Tax Receipt or Business License in the City of S. Daytona.
This woman is by far the worst person to do business with. DO NOT trust her and DO NOT call her for any of your needs. Including linen, flowers, invitations, or favors. She is absolutely HORRIBLE!

Lyndsey is amazing. As a groom I wasn't sure how the experience would be. My fiance had already spoken with her and was very excited. I left feeling the same way. Thank you Lyndsey

Lyndsey is a true professional. She took care of everything on our wedding day from photography, decorating, and coordinating. My guest couldn't stop raving about how beautiful and well organized it was. And everyome keeps staring at the pictures in awe of how good they came out. Definitely recommend her and her team for your wedding.

My family had an incredible experience purchasing evening gowns at Lyndsey Roberts Bridal! Lyndsey was able to more than accommodate myself, my bestie and my mom s different wants and needs. She pulled so many options for us that we each had multiple dresses to choose from! Her selection of dresses and accessories is so abundant that she definitely has something for everyone! She is a working momma, while pulling gowns and dolling is up she was also caring for her kiddos and I absolutely loved it!

Went to dress sale today very nice workers and the dresses were priced very reasonable purchased my wedding dress today and i love it

Without an appointment, with a wedding going on, Lyndsey assisted me and my future MIL, future SIL, sister, and daughter with finding the PERFECT dress. Lyndsey and her staff were SO personable. It was a perfect experience. Her venue is lovely as well! I highly recommend this bridal shop and venue!

She stole 1500.00 from me and did nothing for me. Please don't let her take your money. She is not a professional. She is a crook. She deserves no stars. I have no reason to lie about that.

I went their with my girlfriend before prom to get a dress for her. They were very nice and had a lot of dresses to choose from

The place is very clean and organized and very affordable. There is no other place I would go to get a dress or rent a area for a gathering . The man that is saying that she doesn t pay her employees he s crazy and doesn t know what he s talking about he s being a troll . She helped me and my mom and it was a experience I would never forget.

I found the most amazing wedding dress and Lyndsey was kind and patient. I tried on many dresses, all more beautiful than the next, and they were all so unique. She worked with me to make sure my dress was within my budget and I felt so comfortable during the entire process. I came in confused about what dress I wanted and I m so happy Lyndsey was able to help find the right one!

This is by far the worst company ever!!! I ordered 5 bridesmaid dresses from this company got them custom ordered we all got measurements done when we picked up the dresses every single one was not fitted correctly by no means. The worst experience ever owner Lindsey blamed us refused to help in any way with alterations saying regardless they still need to be tailored. When an employee named Marissa even gone the phone personally with me and said yes we had to have been measured wrong. The measurements on paper don't even match the dress measurements. They even admitted the girl who measured us was fired. So after spending 150 on dresses we now have to spend additional hundred for alterations on all five each. Save your money go elsewhere don't waste your time only person who was helpful was Marissa who offered to have the dresses come back and get altered per their cost Lindsay denied the help

I have worked with Lyndsey on several weddings and from my experience she puts her heart and soul into what she does! Nothing is perfect and anyone planning any event should always keep that in mind. The best anyone can do is try to fix the issue as best as you can! It should be illegal to post a bad review if you aren t the client of that business. I have watched Lyndsey work hard in her business and has grown fast. You do not have the business she has by screwing people over or being unprofessional. Keep up the great work Lyndsey! I am proud of what you have done!

The absolute worst customer service, most dresses are falling apart and you can see beads all over the floor. One of my close friends went here and I cannot believe how she was treated. Do not let this shop ruin your wedding day, there are so many nicer and CUSTOMER FRIENDLY places to go!

All the good reviews are FAKE she bribes customers to leave a good review for a discount. horrible customer service she ruined my best friends wedding dress weeks before her wedding and offered no compensation. be smart look at the real reviews and choose another shop to spend your money at.

Lyndey and her team are amazing! I bought my wedding dresses and my bridesmaid dresses from Lyndsey and I made the best decision. My dress was perfect for me and when I couldn't find the right bridesmaids dresses, Lyndsey had them made. I can't express how valuable it was to have someone local and committed to getting the job done.

I am getting married in nov and i have tried on so many dresses, trying to find that perfect one. I was visiting the area from illinois bc my parents moved here. I decided just to walk in and take a look. Not expecting the girls to take much time bc i had no appt or them not having much knowledge. Most ladies at other bridal stores were super young, not married and no experience. Lyndsey approached us immediately. She was very relaxed very down to earth and made me feel comfortable. I had not made an appt bc i was just browsing. I wasnt expecting to try on dress or find anything. I saw Lyndsey eyeing me (not in a bad way or uncomfortable way) bc she knows how to pick a dress for your body shape. She is VERY experienced and professional and this sweet funny gal knows what shes doing. She listened to me about what i wanted and knew exactly what to show me. She picked out dresses for me and after the second dress, i knew it was the one. I finally got that this is it feeling. If it wasnt for her experience and expertise in clothing, dresses, body shapes, sizes, and customizing dresses i dont think i would have ever found a dress. She even discounted some stuff. It was super easy, smooth, relaxed and i finally felt like i was in good hands with an expert not some teenager working at davids bridal or other bridal chain stores. YOU HAVE TO CHECK THIS PLACE OUT! Lyndsey totally changed my view of bridal shops. Thank you so much Lydnsey you are so wonderful at your job!!

I m highly upset with Lyndsey (the owner) of Lyndsey Roberts Bridal Collection
I thought i was in good hands when buying my wedding dress. I was WRONG! Turns out I received a completely botched wedding gown!!! I tried working something out with her before posting this but she said it s AS IS! Well I m sorry I didn t know my dress was BOTCHED!!!! She recommended me to her seamstress, I tried and tried to get ahold of this said seamstress but never got a answer. I had to find my own seamstress, a well know seamstress in orange city and she discovered that my dress was royally botched!!! The train of the dress was a complete and utter disaster. Did I mention this is a dress Miss Roberts designed herself and this is what I get? I will never ever recommend anyone to this bridal shop. I ended up having to pay $600 MORE TO GET MY DRESS FIXED! She will not make it right with me. Avoid this bridal shop at all COST!!! You would think she would do anything for her clients, but nope. What a joke! Customer satisfaction at its finest!

Please share this to anyone looking to buy a dress to avoid this business at all cost! Let s save the next bride buying a dress! She attends Bridal s shows often!! That s how I found her!

Five Star Experience! We used Lyndsey for everything wedding related. She did our lighting, decorating, linens, dish wear, set up/breakdown, photography, lighting and so much more.

I was a super picky bride, and wanted a very minimal set up to show the true beauty of our venue. Lyndsey never tried to push extras on us, and was so helpful in bringing my ideas to light.

The day on our wedding Lyndsey was a god send! The entire week they were predicting rain, for the day after our wedding. What a relief! Not! In typical Florida style the rain came a day early and was going to start in the middle of my ceremony. Which it did! Did I mention that my venue was outdoors! Lyndsey and her staff quickly whisked everything from one location to another to move everyone indoors. All while keeping me calm!

Because of the rain we were unable to take our wedding photos, and Lyndsey kindly offered to return another day to take the couple photos we were unable to get. It was so fun getting to dress up again to take wedding photos, without all the stress of rushing.

I would highly recommend using Lyndsey for all your wedding needs!

While the initial interaction was wonderful it did not continue! Two weeks after I was promised my dress would be ready I was informed it had been made wrong and was provided with pics that made me cry... I was told it would be completely remade and perfect in two more weeks... And yet again pics sent to me we're not good, dress was made even bigger than the first time!! And then she refused to give me my deposit back even though the error was on her side not mine... Would not recommend the waste of money!!!

Extremely unprofessional. I wouldn t recommend working with Lyndsey whether you are buying a wedding dress or booking her venue at Twin Oaks Garden. She lacks professionalism and is very unreliable. I ordered a wedding dress and was told that the measurements would be a perfect fit and that my straps would be off the shoulder. The day my dress arrived I was so excited to try it on.. after putting the dress on I could see that it was not the right fit or off the shoulders. I made a comment about it and was told to take it to the alterations lady. I met with a lady they recommended and was told that she would need to do a lot of work. After paying an extra $350 dollars to pretty much reconstruct my dress I was finally happy with it again. I reached out to Lyndsey to let her know what happened and how I was upset I was about having to spend extra money. She did not care and pretty much told me that the dresses never come in the exact fit. I would not encourage anyone to
Support her or her business.

Had the best experience with with my daughter the owner and employee where very helpful my daughter found her dress and i also found mine it was amazing that she could accommodate us both they have a great selection of dresses and i look forward to counting business with them Me and my Daughter definitely said yes to the dress.

Amazing!!! Came as a bridesmaid to help the bride to be - but I fell in love with the collection and the staff. If I ever need a wedding gown or just a fancy dress, I m definitely coming here!

Worst dress shop i ve been to, dresses are dirty and have holes and beads falling off, and these were dresses she said she could re order but after reading the reviews I would stay away from ordering any dresses from here.

I bought my wedding dress from Lyndsey Roberts at the end of July and I had an amazing experience. I m shocked to see any negative reviews, it makes me think there must be some of the bridzillas amongst us. First of all, Lyndsey was incredibly personable, kind, and accommodating. She closes the shop down to give the bride to be and bridal party her and her staffs full attention. Second, I cannot believe the prices, the dresses she had would be double, maybe triple, in any other bridal boutique in the Orlando area, and of equal or greater quality/value. My sister s wedding was last year and we went through multiple boutiques, dresses that were also very beautiful, but virtually nothing under $1,000.00, and in my opinion, nothing nearly as striking as the dress I purchased for significantly less than that. Granted, the dress I purchased was originally listed for $2,200.00, but due to a button loop being torn, which come on, I do not care at all and will need to be altered due to my height anyway, was only $600.00. Amazing! I was terrified when I came back to buy it Lyndsey would have come to her senses and charged me more, as I was stuck decided between 3 dresses, but luckily for me, she gave me such a great deal and the price remained so low! Third, the boutique was well maintained, especially during COVID-19, it s very clear everything was thoroughly cleaned. Fourth, the selection was incredible, from traditional to lavish, all within the price range I provided. She never made me feel pressured to overspend, and I wasn t even tempted because of what was available, shockingly, even below my price point. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and I m thrilled with the dress, it is beautiful, unique, and the price was unbeatable. I would highly recommend Lyndsey Roberts to any and all of my friends and family. My sister wishes she had come here for her dress too! Thank you, Lyndsey!!!

Lyndsey and her staff did the set up and photography for our son's wedding. They turned a lovely vineyard setting into a fabulous event. They took care of everything....the linens, the tables, the chairs,the flowers, the wedding pagoda complete with a chandelier. The table decorations of flowers and candles were stunning. As the evening settled in, Lyndsey charmed us with wonderful lighting that lit up the area and the dance floor, and candles that wrapped the guest in a warm glow. Everyone there was overwhelmed at the magic of Lyndsey and her staff who also took care of the rehearsal and the the photography. This is a total package of beauty run by a wonderful creative, professional and competent staff.

I went in with my mom and sister too look at dresses they have a big selection and the ladies who work there are very nice, they helped my sister find everything she needed for her wedding, thank you lyndsey and hannah for everything

TO THE OWNERS REPSPONSE.
Her credit card was run November 8th. You didn't call until days after Christmas saying the dress was in. She called you multiple times at the end of November asking for the tracking number. I don't know how someone can pick up a dress on December 28th and get it altered by January 4th for the wedding. We DON'T want the dress. WE NEVER ordered 2 or wanted 2 dresses.

I don't know what calendar you're looking at but November 8th when it was bought to after Christmas isn't three weeks. Go back to when you hung up on her at that wedding on a Saturday you attended and the dress still wasn't in.

December 16th we have a screenshot of your worker saying "the designer said your dress will be here by Christmas still waiting on tracking number". If there was a way to attach an image to this review, I would. So as mentioned, it wasn't in after 3 weeks as nov 8 to dec 16 is 5 1/2 weeks.

My review stands and I wish I could give zero stars for you hanging up on her, not fixing the situation and making up dates on your response.

My mother ordered a dress from here and it was extremely subpar. When the dress took longer to get in, she asked for a refund to which the owner said "not gonna happen" and hung up. Run by the most unprofessional owner I've ever encountered. She's out $100+, didn't get the dress, rush ordered another dress for the early January wedding.

Don't buy from here. Don't even bother calling. It's a waste of your time, patience and money. You will stress that it won't arrive. You will be hung up on if she doesn't feel like communicating with you, THE CUSTOMER. Just be prepared for a hassle if you do business with her, there needs to be major improvements.

I just have to take a moment to express what a wonderful experience I had purchasing my wedding dress from Lyndsey Roberts' shop! I worked with Hannah, and she was amazing! Friendly, funny, so sweet, and overall just a pleasure to have helping me pick out my dress for my big day. She was quick to make helpful suggestions and give me different ideas of what could work for me. The dress I ended up purchasing was my dream dress - so beautiful and so intricate! When I went to pay for it and saw it was literally half the price of dresses that are not even half as nice at big bridal stores, I was blown away. I would highly recommend Lyndsey Roberts' shop to any bride looking for her dream dress, both for the gorgeous dresses and for the excellent service.

Terrible experience do NOT use her if you want to have an easy stress free wedding. She is completely disorganized, understaffed, unprofessional, and out of contact. She did my friends wedding and the bride was furious with her. Her linens were mismatched, she couldn't get a hold of Lyndsey much less meet with her. Lyndsey was running late. She really gave me an earful- enough to tell you that this is not the company to go through.

Lyndsey just did a wedding for two of my best friends! It was stunning and sweet a hard combo to come by! Love her personality, love her talents.

Worst customer service! This shop is small and dresses are packed into little cases and the bottoms are all over the floor. Custom dresses do not come in as promised! I ve talked to another brides who purchased her dress from this shop and she said it was botched completely and it was nowhere near what she was promised not to mention she was never offered a refund or any compensation. Please be aware and go somewhere else!!!

Lyndsey Roberts is an extremely hands on Bridal consultant. She offers not only a variety of beautiful wedding dresses and bridesmaids gowns, but, she also has a beautiful venue for you to marry adjacent to her store. It's virtually a one-stop-shop. But calling it a shop is not the right word. It's a beautiful Boutique! It's wonderful having Lyndsey helping you with all of her experience and to be able to have it done in one place is amazing!

I saw a sale on line and went in to see what she had, as soon as I walked in I was pleasantly greeted with hellos and water, and it was very hot outside so that was nice. Then Lyndsey proceeded to ask me what I was looking for, I told her I just left David's Bridal and wanted to wear a potato sack at that point. we went through dresses and I ended up custom designing one because I liked the bottom of one dress and the top of another, so I got my dream dress and she even threw in a veil. She was very sweet and helpful. She also did my linen and photography.

I came in after having a terrible experience at David s bridal and was feeling very discouraged and frustrated, but Lyndsey helped me find the perfect dress! She is extremely knowledgeable and helped me find the right fit for my body. She even stayed late and worked within my budget. I highly recommend this bridal shop!

This was an absolute amazing experience for not only me but my husband as well! Lyndsey made me feel not only beautiful but comfortable & took the stress out of my wedding! Staff was attentive and friendly! Being a picky & detail orientated bride she met all my expectations! I highly recommend this bridal shop for not only your gown/jewelry but wedding reception! Not bad but needs improving for the price of a venue

What a fabulous experience! From the moment I walked in I felt very comfortable. I had very bad experiences at other bridal shops before, one only gave me an hour and only gave me 5 dresses to try and shoved me out as soon as my hour was up, and the other said I had to have an appointment and wouldn't even open to door for me to make one and I felt completely brushed off. At Lyndsey's I just walked in and she was ready to show me dresses and help me try them on. Her store is very clean and had a great variety. She has her own line so she had so many more options than the other stores. I found a dress I really loved and I ordered it customized with a added straps and a custom rose gold color and it wasn't additional!!! I never thought I could order a custom made dress, to my measurements for that price! I didn't need alterations at all even though she said it might have to be tailored slightly once it comes in, but when I walked in and saw it my jaw dropped. It was everything I had dreamed of and fit me perfectly! I cant wait to wear this on my special day! My dress was only $1150! She had dresses from $99!

I also ordered all 7 of my bridesmaids dresses from her and they are perfect! She measured each girl and their dresses were made to their shapes. (I also mix matched a unique style) my bridesmaids were only $145

Lyndsey was the most unprofessional individual I have ever come across. Not only does she over charge you and promise you things she cannot deliver.... She has the audacity to curse and disrespect you. I paid for her services in FULL to find out she was nothing but a decorator.... Nothing more..... On my wedding day she didn't even have the red carpet I paid hundreds of dollars for......she offered to have me wait to start my wedding and grab paisley runners from her office!!! This was after she assured me we were good to go. After my wedding, which was NOT set up as discussed.... She had 3 teenagers show up hours after the event had ended to clean up. I would never recommend her to someone who is hoping to have their special day be a good memory.

Lyndsay Roberts was so wonderful! I'm from Iowa and had my wedding in Daytona Beach! She helped me pick out the perfect set up and really listened and worked with me! I had no stress the day of my wedding and everything was GORGEOUS! ABSOLUTELY use Lyndsay Roberts!!

let me start out by saying that i went to another dress shop and they were very rude to me and said that i was not allowed to try on dresses without an appointment... so i went online and found lyndseys shop. They welcomed me without an appointment and let me try on as many dresses as i needed. Lyndsey even helped me facetime my mom so she could be apart of everything as well, when i finally found my dress i was in tears, everything went beautifully!!! I'll be telling everyone i know about this shop and all of lyndseys beautiful dresses!

By far the best experience I have ever had at a bridal shop! Hannah and Lindsey made me feel confident and helped me in the biggest way when my dress was ruined a week before my wedding! They truly care and love what they do. I highly recommend this shop!

We hired Lyndsey for an anniversary party for my family. She provided linens, decorations, flowers, and photography. Everything was beautiful and her and her team was very great to work with. She somehow got the exact color roses that we needed to match our Bellini color! We also went to her dress shop for a few dresses for the event as well. We also received hand written thank yous from her and a date night gift for my parents to enjoy before their party. What a nice personal touch. Definitely hire her and you wont be disappointed! Love you guys!

Heard about the bridal sale today through fb and decided to stop by couldn t be happier with the dress I got! There was a good selection of styles/prices/sizes all 50+% off. Very thankful for the girls that took the time to find me a perfect dress even with the boutique being so busy. Thank you Lyndsey!!

This place is a joke!! Don t waist your precious time. Lyndsey will tell you what you want to hear and not come through. She completely screwed my bridesmaids on their dresses and my wedding is in two weeks!! Unbelievable

The only bad part about planning my sisters wedding was working with Lyndsey Roberts for our dresses. She did my measurements only (Because I am the only bridesmaid/MOH who lives in FL) and my dress came in THREE inches too short. So two of Robert's employees re-did my measurements and compared them to the original measurements, and they were entirely different. Roberts employees were humiliated! They re-ordered my dress with the correct measurements, it came in and fit me, but it was purple and the rest of the dresses are pink. Lindsey said that it wasn't her fault it came in a different color when my sister and I kindly asked what we could do about a refund. We didn't have the option to order a new dress, it was weeks before the wedding and the bridesmaids dresses were different colors. My sister TRIED explaining this to Roberts as Roberts rudely talked over my sister, then yelled "YOU ARE NOT GETTING A REFUND" then pointed to the door and walked away.
Roberts is non-compliant, completely unprofessional, and childish.
Roberts should not be in this business because she is not fit to work with brides, she does not care that they are preparing for the most important day of their lives.

I found the perfect dress here & my stylist was amazing!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ! It is so sad to see all the bad things that have been said about this business because from my experience, it was absolutely nothing but the best. Lyndsey was very patient with me as I was extremely last minute with my wedding. Everyone was very accommodating to my needs and made the planning very easy going. Her staff helped me find the Yes dress that Lyndsey created herself that my guests were in awestruck by. We had our wedding at the venue that she transformed into a winter wonderland. She created beautiful centerpieces, flower arrangements along with everything else that went so well. It was perfect in every way possible. She minimized the stress that I previously felt at a unfathomable level. I can repeatedly say thank you thank you thank you for making my day a unforgettable and delightful experience. Will be sending every bride to be to you!

Literally don't bother going anywhere else. Lyndsey is AMAZING and her boutique has some of the most beautiful, unique dresses I have ever tried on. Do yourselves a favor and check in to all she has to offer because she does it all, photography, linens, venue, dresses, etc. Her assistants are also wonderful, in particular, I've worked with Hannah and she is equally amazing.

My daughter was married jan 11 this year. We was very very happy with the venue the decorations was beautiful. Lindsay and her staff was very professional and met our needs. I highly recommend lindsay roberts got your upcoming weddings, parties, any event I would definitely use her again if needed to.

Worst customer service. In 2015 My wife ordered a dress in a custom size. Dress didn t fit. She was supposed to order another and we never heard from her. She also was going help us with the planing of our wedding. We stared calling local venues. More then a few said that flat out won t work with Lyndsey Roberts. STAY AWAY !!!!!!!

I would not recommend Lyndsey Roberts Bridal Collection. I am a bridesmaid in an upcoming wedding and the bride found this shop online. Custom bridesmaid dresses were picked out and I had to go to Daytona (2 hours away) in order to get measured. I ordered the dress December 27th and was told it would be delivered in about 2 days. I called a week after paying $15 for it to be shipped and was told it was already in the mail. I received it January 12th and on the post mark it showed that the dress wasn't shipped until January 10th. Once I received my dress it was too large in the breast and torso area. I am a size DD, and I was able to fit another set of my breasts in the chest area. That shows how large it was. I then drove to Daytona again (2 hours one way) to have it altered. Once I got there they had me try on two other dresses. One was the same design as mine but it was too small for my chest. The other one was strapless. It fit but had to be pulled up constantly due to me having large breasts. They suggested taking my dress to their seamstress but said they would not cover the cost even though their measurements were wrong. When I asked for a $15 refund on the shipping since it was sent late and I had to drive 2 hours for the dress anyways, they scoffed and quickly exclaimed that I would in no way be getting any kind of refund and that I was on my own if I were to get the dress altered. I ended up having to take the strapless dress home since we are leaving for the out of state wedding in a few days. Their customer service was lacking and they were unwilling to try and alleviate the situation.
