On November 21, we CV. Uprindo Jaya as a partner wanted to deliver the SITH Faculty documents, as usual, through the main gate on Jl. Ganeca

When we arrived at the gate through the non-smartcard gate, the security officer asked about the intentions and objectives we have conveyed our goal is "Faculty of SITH delivers documents"

But the security on duty named Ikin Sodikin asked with the heart to make sure, but the tone of the officer rose. "What's the need, sir?"

Not long after that, we were arguing about the services provided by the security officers, to know that our vehicles often go to ITB, considering that we are partners in this matter as guests.

Moreover, they interrogated me in the security room, especially when there was a bald-headed man asking about our assignment letter, if we clearly had a passport and the document was a legally valid letter.

I write down this bad incident so that it becomes a lesson for ITB guests, in this case, their partners. they often on behalf of this my duty but the service is very bad.

I know the data outsource partner of ITB security services is PT. Sentry. I have tried to contact the management named Pa Asep Rudianto via WhatsApp but he asked me to forward it to the operational department.

But there are things I want to emphasize, that the officers named Ikin Sodikin and Yogi who participated in persecuting us are not really worthy of being security officers in the service sector, instead of being friendly but the opposite

So that the ITB incident that happened to us becomes an evaluation, I end my statement, which in the future is very possible if there is a response from related people ..

I was studying here. Here serves the best quality of engineering knowledges in Indonesia. Sometimes this place used for tourism because some buildings are old and fancy.

It's hard to get in and it's hard to get out, but it's great to study here

Subhanalloh..Lingkungan kampus didesain sangat menyatu dengan alam..sejuk..tenang dan asri namun tetap memunculkan identitasnya sebagai Kampus Teknologi yang baik. Pengalaman menimba ilmu disini selama beberapa tahun tidak akan terlupa, terutama Masjid Kampus-nya dan saat-saat menuju ruang kuliah di lantai empat dengan tanpa Eskalator serta letak Lab yang memungkinkan Saya selalu merasakan sensasi Touring, melewati jalan berkelok-kelok menuju Lembang... :)
