When we arrived at the gate through the non-smartcard gate, the security officer asked about the intentions and objectives we have conveyed our goal is "Faculty of SITH delivers documents"
But the security on duty named Ikin Sodikin asked with the heart to make sure, but the tone of the officer rose. "What's the need, sir?"
Not long after that, we were arguing about the services provided by the security officers, to know that our vehicles often go to ITB, considering that we are partners in this matter as guests.
Moreover, they interrogated me in the security room, especially when there was a bald-headed man asking about our assignment letter, if we clearly had a passport and the document was a legally valid letter.
I write down this bad incident so that it becomes a lesson for ITB guests, in this case, their partners. they often on behalf of this my duty but the service is very bad.
