No one gets back to you.

No one gets back to you.
I don t think people there are doing their jobs. The Governor should try getting a hold of somebody so he sees what we re going through.

So far they have lost my paperwork 4 times in the last 2 weeks even when I turned it in in person. Nobody has been much help since. My insurance was cut off because of their mistakes. I m still working on getting it reinstated but some people in the office are blaming me for choosing not to scan over 200 papers myself and instead giving them paper copies. The scanning app has never worked for me in the past. I hope they can fix their system soon.

General Counsel for DHS Dale Jenkins is superb. He remains professional and dedicated to his work as a public servant, and is consistently helpful to those whom he represents. Even as opposing Counsel, I could not have been treated with more humble respect. My only disappointment is that he does not govern the entire state. I recommend him without reservation.

When you speak to the reps (and even some case workers) they speak like they are better than you are and treat you like you don't know anything. Sadly they also make calls and refuse to identify where they are calling from then get an attitude when you won't identify who you are. In this day and age it is needed. No excuses.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I just spent 40 mins on hold to be hung up on after a min and a half because the person who answered the phone didn't want to answer any questions about the states policy on things. Local offices never answer, return calls or know what they are talking about and the offices that oversee them just dont want to deal with you. And yall wonder why things can never get accomplished.
