Not Disney, but for off property clean, modern, and conveniently located to UCF.

Not to bad, close to school, always nice and helpful.

Stayed for 2 nights for UCF freshman orientation. First night bitten up by bed flees and spent my second night awake ALL night scratching them in a different room. What should have been a great 2 days turned ugly thanks to the hotel bugs! Compensation for the inconvenience=1 bottle of water, rice crispy treat, popcorn and a bag of pretzels. Comfort Suites=NEVER AGAIN!!!

Only visited the lobby. Front desk staff was very friendly.

Beds are uncomfortable; fitness center has 2 bikes and no other cardio equipment. Staff is nice and accommodating. Not bad for a 2-star hotel though

Don't stay here if you want your stuff stolen from employees and then not be taken seriously by their GM Nancy Rocker or the assistant manager Mario Magana. I stayed at this hotel from July 27th-29th with my father, we've stayed there numerous times with no complaints but when I left several items in the hotel by accident, I came to retrieve them later after it was confirmed all my items were there on the property. Once picking up my items, I realized that my $200 make up bag was missing from the list of items that were confirmed. Mario Magana made me cry and refused to help me any further than leaving a note for the night staff. After no one got back to me, I returned to the hotel to check once more later in the night if my make up bag was there. Nothing... but it was written down on the Lost and Found login sheet, which I took a picture of! I left the property and contacted the GM the next day. DEFINITE PROOF THAT THEY HAD MY MAKE UP BAG ON PROPERTY, IN LOST AND FOUND.

After dancing back and forth with the hotel for almost a month now, after Nancy and Mario have dodged my meetings and calls, as well as Guest Relations, no one will help me get my makeup bag back or has any intention of compensating me. They've hung up on me numerous times because they simply don't care that one of their two night-employees stole my $200 makeup bag. They don't care about my case either because I'm 21, the hotel is extremely ageist in a college community full of people my age. It shouldn't even matter how old I am because I'm a customer at that hotel.

Today when I called guest relations for this hotel, it turned out that Mario Magana wrote down in the case file that this has been solved on August 11th, and my make up bag was found and given back to me. THIS IS A LIE. MY PROPERTY WAS NEVER RETURNED TO ME. THEY LIED ON THEIR REPORT TO MAKE THEMSELVES LOOK BETTER.

TLDR; DON'T STAY HERE BECAUSE IF YOU LEAVE YOUR PROPERTY, IT WILL BE STOLEN FROM YOU AND THEY WON'T CARE ABOUT YOU WHAT SO EVER WHEN IT COMES TO GETTING IT BACK. I won't stop until I'm fully compensated. I'm a poor college student who will never be able to buy back my Urban Decay, Jeffree Star Cosmetics, NYX, Maybelline. It's shameful that the hotel won't treat me seriously based off of my age. If this happened at the company I worked at, I would've been compensated for it and the staff would've been fired for THEFT.

I've contacted the Orlando Police Department and have gotten a permanent case file but the hotel still doesn't care about the theft.
