COMDA.COM has been a valuable resource for specific products that we used in advertising. The upside would be the cost has been competitive and the quality has been above average. The downside is they have been a little difficult to work with during the pandemic. We still do consider their products but need to account for additional time for the ordering process.

I don't even want to rate this company with one star. I was a customer for over 20 years with them. Their product is good, but the sales people recently are rude, and harassing. They call, REPEATEDLY several times a month. When I was purchasing from this company, there was no problems, but the one year that I had financial issues and was not able to place an order this rude and harassing behavior began. Even if is loved their product I would never order from this company EVER!!!! I have asked them, more times than I can count, to not contact me anymore, but they are like a leach, once they get ahold of you they won't let go.

In late November, 2018 I placed an order for embroidered jackets. I needed them prior to Christmas as these were presents for my employees. I was assured by customer support that they could guarantee I'd get them BY December 20th. I placed my order. 2 weeks later I called to check on the progress, and they said there was a problem in the art dept that they needed my approval on. I approved the change and asked again if this is going to slow down my order, I again was promised December 20th and to ensure this they would put a RUSH on my order. So, December 20th came and I called their office asking what time I should expect my delivery. I spoke to a manager and he said he was sorry his team "dropped the ball" on my order, and since Christmas is close, the art department will now be closed for a week. Long story short, I was told to be patient. I received my order January 16th, 2019, almost 2 months after I placed the order. They failed to make my order a priority after their lack of communication. They did give me a $50.00 discount, however. I was so disappointed to give all of my employees their Christmas presents at the end of January. If I would have known how totally disorganized this company is, I never would have ordered. I will never use them again.

The calendar you are associated with is an old retread and needs updating with more Canadian dates. Remove American presidents, King Jr. Add Sir John A.'s birthday, maybe Laurier's, and include other famed Canadians.

As many have stated, the product is good. I was going to use them again this year, but the sales force is atrocious! Very rude, constant calling 2 or 3 times a day. My staff would complain every time John called. Hard to understand, gruff miserable, would hang up on them when they said I wasn't in. Well I finally answered the phone when he called... Didn't even say where he was from, (he blocked his number this time) and was a complete jerk. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! You will be regretting it after about 50 calls! They lost a customer for life...

Our orders were consistently printed wrong. Our orders were constantly delivered late. Extremely disinterested customer service and the owner Michael Warren is far less than pleasant to deal with. Clearly his attitude trickles down. There are lots of way better options available at better pricing and where your business would be more appreciated. Would not recommend and will never use them again.

If I could leave less I would. I started out placing my first order with Comda Canada for custom calendars on 17 Sep, here it is Oct 31 and I do not have them. I was told I would have them by the end of this week, I do not. Nor do I have a timeline of when they will be printed, when they will be mailed or when I can expect to have them. I have been met with a lack of information and no replies to my questioning other than "I have emailed our production Supervisor to provide an ETA". This year more than others, business is hurting, delays and overruns on deadlines effect the bottom line, if you can not provide items in a timely manner get out of the business. My experience has been nothing but one of frustration, I will not use Comda again, if you are thinking about using them you should seriously consider someone else too.

They have called us to try to collect money even after we have called them at least 5 times to tell them this isn't our bill! They say they will call back but have not done that yet. During the rush of the season it has taught me to organize my time and my work to better assist customers. I also have learned how important communication and teamwork is and how it really does make a company run smoother.

We have been dealing with COMDA for 3 years. they are prompt and freindly and offer great discounts for early orders. Their catalogue has a huge selection and every thing we have ordered has been exactly what we expected. They remind us when it is time to order calendars as well.
