We are not a client, but we keep getting bills fro...

We are not a client, but we keep getting bills from this company for an order we never placed. They have called us to try to collect money even after we have called them at least 5 times to tell them this isn't our bill! They say they will call back but have not done that yet. Would give them zero stars if that was an option.
