If I could leave less I would. I started out placing my first order with Comda Canada for custom calendars on 17 Sep, here it is Oct 31 and I do not have them. I was told I would have them by the end of this week, I do not. Nor do I have a timeline of when they will be printed, when they will be mailed or when I can expect to have them. I have been met with a lack of information and no replies to my questioning other than "I have emailed our production Supervisor to provide an ETA". This year more than others, business is hurting, delays and overruns on deadlines effect the bottom line, if you can not provide items in a timely manner get out of the business. My experience has been nothing but one of frustration, I will not use Comda again, if you are thinking about using them you should seriously consider someone else too.
