In late November, 2018 I placed an order for embroidered jackets. I needed them prior to Christmas as these were presents for my employees. I was assured by customer support that they could guarantee I'd get them BY December 20th. I placed my order. 2 weeks later I called to check on the progress, and they said there was a problem in the art dept that they needed my approval on. I approved the change and asked again if this is going to slow down my order, I again was promised December 20th and to ensure this they would put a RUSH on my order. So, December 20th came and I called their office asking what time I should expect my delivery. I spoke to a manager and he said he was sorry his team "dropped the ball" on my order, and since Christmas is close, the art department will now be closed for a week. Long story short, I was told to be patient. I received my order January 16th, 2019, almost 2 months after I placed the order. They failed to make my order a priority after their lack of communication. They did give me a $50.00 discount, however. I was so disappointed to give all of my employees their Christmas presents at the end of January. If I would have known how totally disorganized this company is, I never would have ordered. I will never use them again.
