This will be the only time I will ever attend an event here. So run down. Getting around was very difficult with all the steep inclines. This event was far too big for the venue. We had to settle for a place outside of the arena near a screen due to the large crowds. A drunken man decided to relieve himself a few yards from us against the fence we sat near. The sound system was terrible The artists we're fine and I'm glad I got to see them, only wish it had been somewhere else. We walked from a parking lot at least a mile away to get in and out. The police did a great job with the traffic. The food was good. No complaints with the vendors, just the place itself. The alcohol police needed to be better at watching the over abundance of drunken guests.

I would love to say that this is a cool venue but it's not. When you have assigned seating there's one way in and one way out which totally scares me in case of emergency not kidding.. saw Dave Matthews there tonight he was totally awesome however I don't think I'll go back to this thing you ever again. It's more of a party scene for younger people then it is for music.

I was disappointed tonight - there seemed to be alot of underage individuals drinking. Also one of the jumbo screens in the 800 section was not working. When I asked I was told that it hasn't been working well all season....

Wednesday, June 13th, my sister and I attended a "Dead & Company" concert.First off, When we arrived at the theater, I asked where the handicap parking was and I was directed to a lane that would take me there. 45 minutes to an hour later, we finally reached the parking lot.( Less than a tenth of a mile away), I was told that the lot was full and that I had to go to another lot. My only other option was to pay $60.oo for a VIP parking spot.
They had plenty of those. (On my way in I saw at least 5 or 6 spaces in the handicapped section.
Before leaving for the show, we went online to see if we could rent a couple of chairs. The website said, "yes'. When we got to the booth where the chairs are rented, we were told that the only chairs they had were for people who had VIP passes and that they were all sold out. After the show, we went by the chair rental booth and saw at least 30 chairs there.(So much for them being sold out.)
After having to sit on the hard ground for the entire show, my back and my sister's hip were both in considerable pain.
This, after being beat out of $60.oo for a parking space when there were enough handicapped parking spots available, and not being allowed to rent chairs when your website said we could. Again, there were plenty of chairs there.
Is the theater under new management ? I've gone to many shows there in the past and I have never been treated do badly or out right ripped off. ,( Really, $60 for parking?)

The hill/lawn area used for the premium seating is extremely hazardous. My pregnanat wife and I went to a show there and both fell in that area. They don't properly care for the lawn, creating a space for potential harm to come to those attempting to enjoy the show.

The drinks are over priced considering we already paid a ton of money for the tickets. I feel they are just money hungry here and that sucks $23 for a drink is outrageous. But they keep the place clean.

If you complain about parking for nation wide celebrities that came for the fans you suck, are not a fan and should just watch the concert from home.... My first show here was when i was 8 i try to make it to one show a year if possible

A little worn, and a little out of the way, but the indoor/outdoor environment and the sound quality make it preferable to indoor music halls, generally, and to arena pits like XL, in particular.people

If in lawn bathroom situation is pathetic, just a few porta pottys on back wall, lines were quite long throughout most of the show. Drink prices were the highest I've ever seen at any event/venue. If going to a show here you definitely want to spend the extra on premier parking (VIP parking at the center itself), leaving is still a nightmare once you're on the street.

The xfinity theatre had enough security around. The only thing that sucked was the price of everything there was a bit over priced...

Poorly designed space with very little guidance for foot traffic within the theatre - people were stumbling over trash and walking on slanted dirt paths around the lawn area. Also, the concession stands at the top of the hill had no marked way around them, so lines were bottlenecked trying to exit, enter, purchase consessions, and get to the bathrooms. People sitting along the perimeter fence blocked even more of the de facto walkway. At the very least, why were there no visible venue personal on the hillside helping direct people? Further, the walk to and from parking areas is along a pitted multi-level sidewalk with overgrown vegetation (vines, prickers, branches, and poison sumac poke at you as you walk) that force people into the road - can someone please at least get a weed wacker and clear the path that thousands of people have to use?! Why is this place so poorly designed? Isn't there anyone who cares about safety, efficiency, and solving problems?

Old, run down, beat up, etc. Think of your own adjectives similar and they would likely fit. Especially when they sell way too many tickets for it's size like they did for Farm Aid 2018. It probably wouldn't be so bad if there were less people.

My first time ever going and saw Megan Thee Stallion and Meek Mill. The concert Itself was great. I was sitting towards the back and still had a great time, but I only got one drink because they were expensive. There was also a bug in my friends drink. She lady immediately gave her another drink and apologized but we will definitely not be buying drinks from there ever again and one drink should not be 20 dollars if there are bugs in it.

Absolutely amazing! I've always had a good time every time I've seen a show here and I've been going since it was the meadows. Finally have gotten to experience VIP treatment and absolutely amazing too. Great staff. Great sounds quality. What more could you ask for? Only complaint... drinks are down right insanely expensive!!! Make sure you pre-game enough they've also stopped allowing reentry so no more back and forth from the parking lot. Be prepared and you'll have fun

Nice, large venue. Usually a very friendly staff. The lawn seats are actually a great value, save for the one time a speaker blew and they failed to turn it off for the entire set. Lots of great vendors, easy parking & entry.

Got free tickets to attend a fencers here. Easy drive from the city. Parking was a nightmare since I had to park about a 15 walk from the theatre since the other lots filled up. Theater is a huge open air place which allows for a lot of people to pitch out in the grass. I had great seats closer to the stage. There were interesting eats and good drinks. Can t complain!

Good appeal only because its the only major nearby outdoor venue around southern CT. Lawn seats are atrocious (poorly maintained lawn and very muddy) and the whole theater needs a major facelift. Tip: purchase the VIP parking, totally worth the extra $10 for close access.
