These guys are great to deal with. After having a bad experience dealing with a different Honda dealership, I came to Columbia Honda. I was treated well, with respect, given a great price for my trade, and for the vehicle I purchased, and the process went very smoothly.

From the start, Columbia Honda was competitive with their price and they stayed competitive and won my business. Ryan Ewing was awesome to deal with! He did a great job of communicating the latest price and it was a "no pressure" experience. It's no wonder he's got a ton of great reviews. If I'm in the market for a Honda, I will be calling Ryan at Columbia Honda first. For being the new guy, Chase Anderson was very good and had a great sense of humor. He was fun to interact with and did a great job of showing me how to use the cool features of the vehicle I purchased. Nick Costanza was also excellent with handling the finance side of things. Considering that it was around 9pm when we were wrapping up, he was very patient with answering all my questions and did a great job of explaining certain things like gap insurance. I had a great experience and I definitely recommend Columbia Honda.

I am very dissatisfied with Columbia Honda. The experience as a whole wasn t good. The dealer was rude and knew nothing about the car he was selling. The vehicle has more wrong with it than they said. They obviously never ran it through the shop. There was a rodent nest on the motor under the plastic cover!! They refused to fix the fog light because it isn t a safety issue. I contacted my sales person, Dennis about the car stalling all he said was to go to service. They don t want to fix the issues I ve presented them with, would rather mail a check. I ve had the car for almost a month and still don t have the title. If I could give them a negative review, I would. I should have gone somewhere else.

My son, who is young (20 at the age of car purchase), bought a car from Columbia Honda. The sales person is Bill Shelton. The car was programmed to not go over a certain speed limit. The car audio system was programmed to not go over a certain volume. Cody, my son, figured this out and called the dealership many times. They do NOT return calls often. Cody finally was able to talk to someone, who told him to bring the car in and they would fix it. Cody went to the dealership and was told it would be HUNDREDS of dollars to fix. This company takes advantage of young buyers. Bill Shelton is a dishonest and unprofessional employee. Do not go to this dealership.

We just bought another Honda Pilot from Columbia Honda. We love going there, everyone there is super friendly and helpful. Michele Benjamin is my favorite salesperson, she is very knowledgeable and always goes out of her way to make your experience pleasant! They even have a tech guy (sorry I can't remember his name, but you know who you are) he gave me a lesson on all the nifty little gadgets on the Pilot. I highly recommend going to Columbia Honda if you are considering buying a Honda.

Last year, my wife and I purchased a Pilot from Columbia Honda. It was our first experience with them. We had a great purchasing experience overall. Because of that, I went back last week to look for a car for myself. While I was there I had a few minor issues with our Pilot I wanted the service department to check out. The service was quick, resolved all issue and I didn't even get charged for the visit. Now that's service! I don't usually love dealing with dealerships on service and repair, but Columbia Honda is changing the way I think about it...

Karon did an excellent job helping my find the perfect vehicle that matched I was hoping to find. Columbia Honda also went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase after leaving the dealership. They stand strong behind their cars and I have nothing but marvelous things to say about my experience! Thanks again to KaRon and everyone else involved in the service department, as well as Mike the general manager. I will be back next time!

I worked with Doug Walker who did an outstanding job. He took the time to show us not just the kind of vehicle we finally purchased but other models as while we browsed. The sales process was smooth and completed much sooner than I expected. I was actually able to take the vehicle home that evening after deciding to buy it that same evening. Doug did not lay on the high pressure sales pitch, was responsive to every question I had and provided straight forward answers to my questions. After taking the car home, I decided the nest day to buy some accessories so back to the dealer. Again, great help from Doug and Randy in parts. Couldn't be happier with the purchase and would recommend the dealer and Doug to anyone considering buying a Honda.

Let me start this off by saying that I live all the way in St. Louis (a 2 hour drive roughly) and was in the market for a new 2018 Honda Civic Hatchback in a rare Sonic Gray color. Though I was able to locate one in my city, it was sold to someone else the same day I test drove it... and I'm a slow shopper so I was talking to a couple different dealerships about prices and models. Other dealerships had tried to sell me on the vehicles they had on their lot, but those weren't the trim levels nor color that I wanted.

Enter, Doug Walker at Columbia Honda. I had mistaken a silver car on their inventory as the Sonic Gray that I wanted and that's how we got to talking. This guy even recorded a personalized video of a car they had on their lot to give me an overview of the trim level I was looking at. The only problem? The color wasn't right.

Well, Doug was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure I received the car color and trim that I wanted. He dealt with my needy texts asking him to look for that specific color and contact other dealerships that I located with that vehicle in their inventory. He was able to work out a dealer trade with a dealership in Arkansas for me, and sent a coworker out to pick up the car I wanted at a steal of a price and I made my trip up to Columbia to get my new baby! Thanks "Hollywood"!

He even treated us to some pizza for lunch during our paperwork / completion process. Nick Costanza was also very understanding and informative during our visit, providing answers to my questions and solutions to my concerns regarding financing and what warranties were needed and added an extra perk or two in there for me after I nagged at him for a little while, haha.

TLDR; Great, friendly staff who go out their way to make you happy with more than fair prices. (aka other dealerships said "Great deal, can't even come close. Buy from them immediately!") No pressure sales experience. Pizza!

I went to Josh again for my second vehicle because of the expertise and customer service he displayed was excellent the first time back in 2015. I was confident in my credit and told him that I wanted something newer than my 2009 Honda Accord, like a 2012-2015. He showed me the 2017 Honda Accords and in my mind, I'm thinking "My credit is good but not that good." I asked if it was available in a color I liked and it was. I test drove it and I liked it. While waiting on the financing decision, his team checked on me and were very nice. To my surprise, I was approved for the car but wasn't too keen on the financing and Josh picked up on that. He went to his team and before I knew it, I drove off the lot with a brand new Honda Accord Sport in a color that I picked out! He and his team will continue to get my business.

My car buying experience was awesome! From finding the car online to texting with the staff to driving from St. Louis to Columbia and buying the car, I couldn't be happier. The staff were so helpful and every part of the process was so easy. Their showroom is great, and they even offered me lunch! If you are looking for a Honda and are able to drive to Columbia, I would go for it. You won't be disappointed!!

Wow! Easiest, and least painful car buying experience ever. Staff was friendly, the talked among themselves so no wasted calls on my part, never intimidating and no games. Use internet sales program; they fully honored price presented by USAA/TrueCar and other incentives.

We have been searching for vehicles about 2 weeks. We went to STL dealership, Jeff City dealership, and some dealership in Columbia as well. My husband found a couple of CR-Vs on Columbia Honda website and we went to see the vehicles on site later on that night. We ended up purchasing a certified pre-owned CR-V the very next day with Ben McCanless! He is very thorough and has tons of knowledge on Honda vehicles. He is not pushy like most of salesperson we had dealt with. Dave Johnson, the manager who we dealt with, was also very sharp and easy to communicate. Keith was our financial guy and he was so efficient and prepared with our paperwork, which only took him about 10 minutes to complete the entire loan process. Highly recommend Columbia Honda for your next vehicle purchase!

We enjoyed working with Ryan Ewing when we purchased our used Honda Civic. Professional and personable with no pressure. We'd recommend him to others looking for a vehicle.

The 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the pressure we received from the finance person and how he talked over us when we asked questions and did not clearly explain things. (We financed through our bank and not through Columbia Honda and he did not like that). But working with Ryan was great!

Its companies like this that turn the economy upside down. When you pay 20,700 and a year later they off you 12,000 for that same car. I also had my mind set on this particular van but the sales guy wouldn't talk to me about it so I went home with a different van that I haven't been satisfied with. He also said it had brand new tires bit I went in for a service and the guy said I need two new tires, I look at them and three are the same brand and one is some wore out tire. So if they say it has new tires make sire all four are new dont just look at a couple. I've bought a lot of cars but this is one place I will never go back to and I will continue to tell my unpleasant experience to every one.

Brought in my 2018 Pilot for routine checkup and service. Service tech kept me informed of what the standard service required and what it did not require which was not what I expected. The only problem was that the service tech who completed the work on my Pilot drove it out without checking on the height of the rear light fixture and broke it off. I was assured that a new piece had already been ordered and would likely arrive before the end of the week to replace the broken piece. Just raise the garage doors all the way! Otherwise, I was pleased overall and do not plan to change my service provider.

They sweet talked us and talked so fast and about so many things that we missed little additives and we ended up doubling spending what we wanted. The black gentleman in corner lied to us and tricked us with fast talking, pizza and trying to be friend us.

I initially thought I received a good deal here. Unfortunately after spending all day here with a toddler I was completely exhausted and was ready to be in a new car. I had negative equity from the car I traded in and they supposedly "took care" of some of it. Turns out they didn't take any at all! I feel taken advantage of and I take some of the blame, but at least now I know. I would not recommend anyone go here! They only care about sales not their reputation or loyal customers.

My husband and I worked with Columbia Honda Saturday 2/9 to trade in our SUV for a certified used Honda Odyssey for our growing family. Our almost 2 year old was with us along for the test-drive and process and I can t say enough amazing things about our Salesman Ralph Hensley. He was active to engage our son alongside the management team. Nick & Matt were eager to greet our family and find ways to make sure we were getting the best possible deal on the right vehicle that met our needs.

Ralph Hensley was knowledgeable about the various trim levels, the specs of the vehicle we were considering, and provided resources in detailed training to maximize our use of the vehicle the first night driving away. We walked away with an enjoyable experience with a car salesman because of Ralph and were grateful for his customer service and knowledge.

We ve worked with the same dealership and manufacturer for 4 vehicles now were so a little hesitant to jump ship to a new sales team and brand. However, Columbia Honda exceeded our expectations with their knowledge, professionalism, FRIENDLINESS, and facility. We knew we were in the right place and are excited to be going back for future business.

I won t go here ever again! I was being a good customer getting my 2014 accord serviced there even though they were overpriced for 3 years. Purchases the vehicle there as well. I went in a got my vehicle service and when I leave a notice a rattling noise. I didn t think anything of it until it got louder. I took it back to them and was told I need an A pipe replaced at it would cost $600. Turns out only a replacement is covered under a lifetime warranty. So basically the start your Honda off with parts that could break down after warranty that way you can pay an overpriced amount to replace them and then they will offer lifetime warranty. Like I said been a loyal customer and I was told since I was they would pay $200 of the cost...funny that other places would fix it for that much. Well never again.

Greetings - I brought my car in because my dad tried to 'fix' my headlight and ended up dropping a part down into the front bumper. I pulled in at the last minute thinking I would be leaving my car overnight to be checked the next day, and T.J. greeted me immediately, asked me what was up and promptly began addressing the issue. He found the missing part within a few minutes, and after I went to purchase a new bulb from the super nice parts gentleman, T.J. installed it within a few minutes as well. He was professional, efficient and super courteous the entire time. I appreciate his generosity. I have shared my experience with others and plan to return. Thank you!

I wouldn't even give them one star but had to so I could give my review! I am in need of a car and was hoping to buy one by today ( my daughter is getting married this evening) and now I have to find a ride to her wedding! I was looking online and then Brandon from Honda called & messaged me. I told him what kind of vehicle I wanted and he acted like he was listening, then he called me again that evening and told me he had a 2015 Honda Civic that would be great for me. I reminded him I was looking for an SUV and that I don't like the Civic. Brandon had told me that morning he was sending someone to pick me up to test drive cars but when I got off work he texts and asks me if his financial director could call and before I could respond this Mike guys calls me and tells me the ONLY car they have that will match my finances is the 2015 Honda Civic! I asked if all of the other used cars they showed online were sold and he said "yes". I told him I was done and hung up the phone. I called the GM yesterday and left a message but I never received a call so I am left to assume that is an acceptable practice for their sales people! I have no idea what is wrong with the Civic they tried to shove down my throat but I would suggest never buying anything from these jerks! And now after wasting my time and making promises they hsd no intentions of keeping I am without a car on my daughters wedding day!! I wouldn't buy a newspaper from this place!

I took my Civic in for an airbag replacement (factory recall) and an oil change. Someone greeted and directed me when I first pulled up and didn't know where to go. The bay is clean as is the waiting room. It doesn't have that gas and oil smell. Everyone was very nice and no pressure on getting additional work done. This was, by far, the best car repair experience I've ever had.

Very displeased with the customer service given. We drove 90 miles to look at several vehicles and had an appointment and our sales associate never once sat down with us or accompanied us during a test drive. We adamantly explained over the phone that the trade in price we were given wouldn't work and we need a higher trade in amount. We were told that they would work with us and figure out the money if we found a car we wanted. We were told tonight that they couldn't offer a single penny more for our trade and couldn't come down on the price of three different vehicles. The sales associate made no attempt to earn our business so unfortunately I'll be contacting corporate.

Extremely extremely disappointed!!! Does not value their customers at all! Don t let the ratings fool you! When we asked why there were some noise from the first car we test drove, he said oh, I don t know. After we asked to test drive a second car, the agent Dennis Wood specifically asked us are you guys buying a car today? One more thing, some customers did not wear masks.

Will not come again! Will not recommend others! My friends and families have come here for years to buy cars and do services! We are not coming again.

Not only were they able to correct the problem with expertise but were able to fit us in during the Christmas season and got us in immediately/ The problem was with our ignition they finished the job in only 1 day. Very thankful for them.

I had a large bolt impale my front tire over the w...

I had a large bolt impale my front tire over the weekend and had no idea how I was going to get it removed. I had plans to leave town the next day on vacation and was concerned that I may have to cancel those plans thinking I would have to wait until Monday to get the tire replaced. I looked up a few places online and then realized that Columbia Honda, where I also purchased my vehicle, had a service department. I was not sure if they were open or not but google indicate that they were open. I called and was told to bring my vehicle by and they would be happy to help me. When I got there, they immediately checked me in and within 30 minutes they were sending me on my way home. Good news is that they were able to plug my tire at no expense. I was absolutely amazed by their quick turn around and I didn't have the unexpected expense of replacing a fairly new tire. I would highly recommend Columbia Honda Service Department to all of my friends and family and anyone needing assistance with their vehicle...even on a Saturday. Great Service and Amazing Staff!!
Thanks Again for turning my horrible day into an amazing experience.

My initial experience with this dealer was far less than desirable but that is mainly because of my lack of ability to negotiate and play the banter game. After expressing my complete dissatisfaction with the experience I was contacted by the sales manager Mike. A time was set for me to go to the dealership and discuss my experience and why I was so dissatisfied. In all honesty I did not expect much as usually once the paperwork is all signed most dealers would take the money and run. Maybe get a we are sorry will try better next time. But after speaking with Mike and his appointing Cory to work with me to get what I had originally said I wanted when I arrived the first time. I must say that I am happy with what I ended up with, it is not exactly what I wanted but then again I am not a millionaire either. Both Mike and Cory are stand-up guys. The reason it is 4 stars instead of 5 is for couple reasons. First, the initial experience is weighed in and cost me more than it may seem. Second, as a result of the first visit I will have to pay $600 more in sales tax than I would have had to if it I got taken care of the first time correctly. Third, was given some information from the finance department about the GAP purchased. The reason I purchased this car was because my previous one was stolen. The GAP I got was exactly the same, exact form and everything. I asked specifically what the GAP covered he said up to 150% of purchase price, well the company does not agree and will only pay 150% of what they feel the vehicle is worth leaving you with a substantial amount to pay. I am not saying he is wrong as I am still fighting the insurance agency to get the full payment but it certainly looks like the small guy will loose to the big insurance company. So I would suggest if buying the GAP to listen to what he says but not to hold it as what would happen. In conclusion I would recommend this place overall and will do so to those I know just make sure to check with Cory or Mike.

Bought my wife s car here, excellent service from Arthur. Took it for a 30k Miles service and was charged $25 in labour to change cabin and engine filter. It takes 5 minutes to do that, are you really paying your mechanics $25 for 5 minutes of work? I m very disappointed. When they told me it was gonna cost $80, I never thought $25 out of it was labour. I thought it was expensive, but due to the quality of the filter. Anyway, never taking my car there for service again, unless they stop overcharging their own customers.

I just wanted to reiterate how great of a customer...

I just wanted to reiterate how great of a customer experience I had with Columbia Honda, primarily due to the above and beyond service that was provided by Michelle Benjamin. When I first spoke with Michelle this past Thursday evening, she was very polite and sent me several cell phone pictures of the Pilot I was inquiring about. I told her that I would like to take a look at it Friday and she said she would make herself available at any time that was convenient for me. I told her that I wanted to see it as soon as possible so she met me at 8:30 that morning when your dealership opened. Based on past experiences I have had when buying cars, I was not looking forward to meeting with a car salesman. This time my experience was just the opposite. Michelle was very laid back and could not have been more polite and helpful. Her knowledge of the vehicle was impressive and she was able to answer every question I had. Once the test drive was over and we went inside, I met with her manager and he too was very kind and down-to-earth. We negotiated a price and the rest is history. Though Michelle's job was done at that point, knowing that I lived 2 hours away, she offered to drive the Pilot and meet me halfway after she got off work. I was amazed and excepted the offer and Michelle drove an hour away and met my wife and I at 6:30 at night on Friday after she had worked all day. She even sent me a text this morning to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. I can't say enough about Michelle and the service she provided and have never had such a great customer experience in my life. I will highly recommend Michelle and Columbia Honda to anyone that is looking for a car. Although your dealership is 2 hours from where I live, I will be a lifelong customer thanks to Michelle.

Our service was going to be longer than we expected so the service department let us borrow a car. We got back early and our kids played in their awesome kid room. The staff is always polite and kind.

My a/c stopped working so I got it fixed here, no problem. My service guy, TJ was great and it was a pretty standard dealership experience. But then, my a/c stopped working again a week later and when I called back to say I had a problem I was told there was nothing they could do, 3rd party part, which they convinced me to do in the first place, yada yada. They wouldn t even look at it. Brought it somewhere else, turned out it was a relay, but it also means my initial compressor may have been fine, I ll never know.

I wouldn t recommend them for any serious repairs based on my experience. Maybe it was just one bad employee who dropped the ball and I just didn t get through to the right person. But for the price you can find the same service elsewhere, although at the expense of the fancy coffee machine and nice bathrooms.

Very good service. Took it in for a transmission flush, and new tires. Tj told me my tires were good for now, but I had a worse problem. TJ took me under my car showed and me 3 broken and one shot away bars. Got them replaced in two hours, and also got my feel fulid flushed. I didn't feel pressured, and having a mechanic show me the problem was professional and very good. My car rides beautifully again, and my breaks feel new. Waiting room donut game is strong too.
