My order is kind of complicated and they nail it every time! Always kind and courteous even when faced with long lines and crowds. I m very grateful to have this store with these associates in my building!

The management and staff from the first day we contacted them have been extremely supportive with our move to Capitol View and ensured the best experience possible ever since. Alyssa was especially supportive to ensure we received the best deal possible and what we were looking for. Her flexibility to work with us despite our long distance during deployment made this the best and smoothest transition we could ever imagine. The location is impossible to beat in the Gulch, near the high way, walking distance from Downtown-Midtown-Germantown-etc!!!! Plus after researching and talking with over 9 different apartment complexes, the amenities here are unmatched. We believe we have the best staff and apartment in the city!

HCA you need to get it together. One cashier to run the entire store on a Saturday? Help your people please. They shouldn't be understaffed as badly as it is and tons of customers come to this location on Saturday.
I came to view the apartments with the help of Nashville Apartment Locators and met with Alyssa. I told her exactly what I wanted and she showed me exactly what I was looking for, barn doors! I had to confide in my roommate prior to making the selection and we both agreed on our 2A layout. We moved in about November and had to wait a little for the amenities to open, but it was worth the wait! There is no apartment that I had looked at during my search that has amenities like Capitol View. Anyone looking for an apartment NEEDS to live here and see Alyssa- tell her what you re searching for and she ll deliver!
