Half hour late to put my bichon to sleep left us waiting in waiting room with all other dogs, very poor service one of many bad experiences with this place at least this one will be my last. Let you find out for yourselves good luck. Rip Zak Day

Thank you Sam and your team for the prompt and courteous service you gave us this morning when we brought our aged cat, "Boots" into your surgery. We were completely happy with your expert assessment in respect of our cat.
After removing the offending claw she seems to be much more comfortable and is doing what she does best and that is sleeping in her basket. We do understand that at her age your advice regarding her mobility issues would not warrant any surgery. Best to let her see out the rest of her life in relative comfort and we know that climbing trees will be out of the equation.

Absolutely delighted with the help and treatment given to my little westie at the Hedon practice when she was taken ill while we were on holiday. Even now we are home they are continuing to support us in partnership with our usual vets. Thank you so much. X

The vets at Haven Veterinary Group, Holderness Road, Hull, were very helpful and so caring when it came to diagnosing and looking after my cat Barney McCarthy right up until the end. Nothing was too much bother for any of them. A big thank you to Phillip the vet who first diagnosed Barney with Lynphoma and all the other vets who looked after him throughout his treatment.

Finally to Sam and Ruth who came down to see Barney in his last days on Sunday 23rd August 2015.

Keep up the great work.

You are all wonderful.

And not forgetting the reception staff who must see some very upset people, and have to be sympathetic.

We sadly lost our dog last week. He passed away. They helped me get him out of my car on a stretcher as he was so big. I received a condolences card in my post this morning to say sorry for the loss of max. I appreciated it very much thank you.
