Its really Bad Experience In My Case,
Actually I have attended interview on 12th/july/17
In my interview Call letter They told me time and contact person Name that's it, They not told me you should suppose to be at 9:30 Am only..if that would mentioned means i should be on time right...
So, i reached at office 9;50 am and at ground level security, and 2 floor security there took some more time for checking and All those regarding and some Time for Waiting,
At last "Metali Pandey" recruiter (female) came and told your Late, i told Sorry for that, !
And she gave me a written Test Exam Paper Contains 40 questions(reasoning, logical, arithmetic)
She gave me only 15 min of time...
And took paper..and told wait outside..
And came after 15 min your rejected bacause your *Late*
Then my question is,if i am late Means Y you Accept me For First Round Interview and not giving time to solve and telling your late all Non-sense Kind Of Things

Just been two days as an intern here. In love with the ambience and work culture. The employees are very friendly, Frank and share their knowledge.
The building (5 floors) belongs to colruyt group in which 1,2 and 5th floor is occupied by the Colruyt employees.

I was associated with Colruyt IT Consultancy India Pvt. Ltd. for more than 5 years. It is a captive of the Belgium based supermarket chain Colruyt mainly operating in Belgium. It is competing with discounters like Aldi and Lidl in Benelux countries where it is a well-established market leader.

I can try to write the pros and cons which I realized while working with the organization and request you to consider them to be my personal opinion.

Pros
Respectable work culture which allows you to sustain work life balance
Company invests in developing both technical and personal skills of their employees through multiple in-house training and workshops
Special attention is given on each employee over personal challenges along with professional growth
Salary is descent compared to market standard and excellent employee benefits
Extracurricular activities and employee engagement programs are frequently conducted

Cons
The organizational structure of the company leads to conflicts between team culture and project culture
Offshore center is completely based on the organic growth of the parent company
Company supports internal recruitment which leads to internal conflicts and restricts enrichment of organization
Professional growth is higher for lower level executives due to multiple intermediate functions and slows down for mid-level and higher level executives
Due to cultural differences, offshore engagement faces challenges aligning with the parent organization

Ocean of opportunities...Great privilege to work with Colruyt which has a strong employee values oriented environment...

I attend d interview last Thursday..till now I didn't get any response from company whether selected r nt..it is almost one week ...can I now d update

Focuses on people development, believes in "company grows to the extent employee grows", lot of support from Belgium parent company and people work with passion. In the company, usage of common sense is more important than following process strictly.

Company believes in the employees that they can deliver the best and employees believe that the company will take care of their aspirations. The mantra is" Say what you do and Do what you say"..

I really wished, the recruiting team had enough knowledge in how to recruit students.

Welcoming is very good , Flexible working hours, Fun and work environment, People in the company are very much supportive and encourageble. No Pressure, no tense, no targets, we can feel free to work. Good Package, Good Hikes , Internal JOb Moments and Trainings are very useful. Totally what i can feel is it is a very good company for fresher as well as experienced. You can Learn Something which is useful in your future. Benifits from the company is worthable, i think i can say you get very satisfaction while working in this company. Colruyt is a Employee satisfaction company what i can say totally is.

Went for an interview,Nice infrastructure but referal drives in those company are waste to attend how much u perform doesn't matter much ,politics takes place.
