Great Nurses and Staff. Poor Management, and some Doctors lack any bedside manners. Absolutely No coordination between any of the care providers. For example, they come an get blood several different times a day, instead of coordinating and coming once or even twice a day. Again it comes down poor management, lack of communication and no planning. Such an amazing overall staff and facility, truly sad it's not managed correctly. Hate to see how much money is wasted by the fact of poor management.

I have never dealt with a more top notch team! My 20 month old got burnt over the 4th! The care we received form checking in to checking out was super! I was so nervous and on edge they made me feel like family, and that I couldn t leave until I knew exactly how to care for her wounds. I am so thankful for Dr. Wiley, Brooke, Ruth, Jesse, Breanna, and Heather they where amazing!!

Just awesome. My son was burned on his palm and they were sooooo sweet !!!! They just loved on my baby like their own. We have to go back for a follow up on Thursday and I can't wait to see them again. They were all so funny and genuine. So grateful for them !!!

Where do I begin. From my initial evaluation at the clinic to my inpatient stay and surgery. I felt so well cared for and supported. I didn t feel like a burden even though I needed help to do basic things. I had heard good things previously about how great the this healthcare facility is, but man did they surpass my expectations. The nurses are great and gentle and the residents and attendings also provided excellent care and helped keep my family in the loop although they were unable to be present. It makes me sad to think that other regions of the country may not have an excellent Burn Center like UNC. From the bottom of my heart, thank you all for all that you do and for showing up in a way that made such a difficult and anxiety inducing process pleasurable. I hope I never have to visit again due to a burn, but this is hands down the best healthcare I have ever received.

One of my friends suffered a severe burn while in a class. The staff was really friendly and he was back to normal immediately after his visit!

My 13 month received some severe burns after pulling a cup of hot tea on himself and I couldn't have asked for better people to take care of him and his recovery. Every single nurse, doctor, and surgeon I spoke with was kind, efficient, and knowledgeable.

-I recently burned my left hand in hot water, Rex in Raleigh sent me here for more intensive care. I've never been treated so nice from any hospital as i have here. Truly appreciate the care and passion that came from the staff. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this burn clinic!! RN Zneng was AWESOME! Thanks everyone.
