Sherri Andrews has been a property manager of mine for several years now and someone my wife and I sought out to take care of our rental after a terrible experience with another agency. Sherri's professionalism and knowledge of all aspects of real estate is a comfort as an owner and I'm always able to chat about anything related to the unit in an upfront and honest way. Her efforts to keep our unit tenanted during a difficult period have been exceptional and I'd highly recommend her as a property manager.

In less than 3 years 8 different strata "managers" were assigned ... none have demonstrated an appropriate understanding of strata legislation or our non-standard by-laws and each has frustrated all efforts to inspect the strata records. Appalled by the performance of all members of the strata and facilities "management" especially by the way they communicate with and/or about me. Utterly unprofessional.

Thank you Sam Orley for helping me out to find a quality tenant. Professional and easy to deal with and always has my best interest first.

Hi as a tenant in a main road house for many years my property manager Alyce Sutton has been the best .

Mr Paul McConnon has recently handled the repair to my apartment which is managed by him. He was very responsible and got in touch with both my insurer and the building insurer to negotiate the repairs on our behalf. He saw to the quotation, followed through all the repairs and got the bills to the insurers. All in all, I can only say he handled the job professionally and responsibly. My tenant and I were very satisfied with how he resolved the issue.

Thank you for all your hard work. Paul (and Colliers) is one of the best property agents I have dealt with.

The incompetence of some staff from Colliers International while trying to deal with a deceased estate. As next of kin I have repeatedly requested information that has not been supplied. Only out for the $$$.

I ve been dealing Jayd Rich for the past 6months as a tenant and have been very impressed with her work ethic & support. She has always addressed raised issues in a timely and professional manner (even outside of normal working hours). I have never received support like this from previous property managers. I have recommend engaging Colliers to others solely on my experience to date with Jayd.

Truth be known, I wasn't always satisfied with the services provided by my previous property managers. The one and only reason I give it 4 stars is Sam Orley. What an absolute gem to deal with. There are many other clients who speak highly of her and she more than deserves it. Hard working, passionate about her job, doesn't mind going out of her way to help her clients. Top, top property manager and I can't recommend her enough.

Alyce Sutton is a very friendly and helpful property manager. She is always very prompt in responding to any difficulties and problems we have had.
She is pleasant and very approachable.

This Real Estate Agency is the worst i have ever experienced since moving to WA!!
Awful communication, sometimes zero communication for days when needing assistance, we recently went a week without warm water, A WEEK! Seriously?? This was due to their slack staff and communication again that we were left in this position! Glad we have moved on from this useless Agency.

I have been renting with Colliers for coming on 3 years in Perth and have found them to be very efficient and professional. I hope with future renting I have the good fortune to again deal with Colliers.
May I take this opportunity to highlight our property manager for the last year, namely Sam Orley. Sam has been a delight to liaise with and her ability to understand tenants is a breathe of fresh air. Colliers are lucky to have her on board.

Beware. They only want your money and will out right lie to you with promises of services that do not happen.
Their inability to retain staff has resulted in delays for YEARS!

1 star is far too much for this poor excuse of a realestate agency. Ignores emails, forgets about rent inspections & lies trying to cover up their mistakes. My last rent inspection they left their printed out emails open on my kitchen bench in which they outright lied to the landlord saying the reason they hadnt conducted any inspection in the last 12 months was due to me cancelling each one when in reality they kept forgetting/not responding to emails to arrange one. Disgusting agency, can't understand how they still get business. Absolute joke!!!

Fay Sanders is an outstanding property manager. She is efficient, organised and extremely knowledgeable. Fay has helped me with my rental properties for many years and has always been dependable, helpful and a delight to work with. Thank you Fay.

Queens Riverside will be having an EGM 6 Sep17. As an owner of an apartment in Queens Riverside I have written an email to Colliers (Strata Manager for Queens Riverside) seeking clarification of the process for a few key EGM agenda items. Despite 3 reminders to Colliers' Strata Manager over the last 4 weeks I have yet to receive a reply. Very disappointing.

Disgusting treatment from the Strata Assistant managing our apartments. Refusing to even investigate further a potentially life threatening disruption to our fire speaker safety system.

I recently worked for Colliers as a temp. I very much enjoyed my time working for a company that genuinely cares for their employees. Colliers is an excellent example for all companies. Keep up the fantastic work!

Sherri and her team at Colliers International couldn t have looked after my partner and myself anymore if they tried.
As first time renters I had an endless amount of questions and Sherri never grew impatient and always had a helpful answer for myself in a timely fashion.
When our boiler was leaking, Colliers made sure a plumber was sent out that night to us to make it safe that night and made sure we got a brand new boiler the very next day.
When coronavirus struck and my partner and myself struggled due to job losses and cut hours, Sherri was sympathetic and helped us anyway that she could.
We sadly had to return to Ireland because of coronavirus but Sherri and her team went above and beyond and helped everything go as smoothly as possible for us during an otherwise stressful time. I would absolutely recommend Colliers international for anyone looking to rent a home and if you re lucky enough to deal with Sherri you will never have anything to worry about

Despite the reviews and things I've heard about Colliers International that people saying it seems to be hard to deal with, I had an issue that required their attention, and I was with Silvana (you can remove her name if it's not allowed to post) and she was very polite, and helped me get the things done as soon as she could to make this happen, although I was no idea how to get that done. Had slight delay on communication but she did call me back when she could to follow up so, I am happy with the outcome. Thank you.

The property management team is great, and efficient! Fay Saunders is super helpful and friendly! Esther is also friendly and nice. We are happy to have them as our property managers! :)

Sam Orley Is a great real estate agent as she tries to help tenants out, just as much as the owners and is a very fair mediator in between. She has been a great help in finding us a rental and my partner and i would highly recommend her.

Colliers have been my property managers for about two and a half years, and their friendly, can-do attitude is eclipsed only by the utterly fantastic service they provide.

Poor service. the firm constantly flouts the Strata Titles Act, selectively, vexatiously, frivolously and unreasonably penalise home owners whom they dislike, and charge exorbitant fees that they are not entitled to charge

We have been very pleased with Colliers regarding all the aspects of renting our apartment. It has been a new experience for us and Paul McConnon was excellent in assisting us with the documentation and explaining all the issues involved. Our flat is now rented and we are very pleased with the tenant and so we would thoroughly recommend Colliers for their professional service.

We are tenants and our property manager, Sam Orley, has been wonderful. Sam is so approachable and friendly! Despite Colliers being such a large company, Sam makes us feel like she is on our side and has our best interests in mind. Alyce Sutton is a fantastic property manager, she is always curteous and helpful towards tenants. I've been leasing from Main Roads for seven years now, Alyce is by far the best property manager we have had.

I've been a tenant at 110 cambridge street west Leederville , which Colliers supposedly manage since October 2018. I have never experienced such poor response to problems such as lighting, hot water failure, false fire alarms in store rooms and now lifts which have stopped working completely for days.
I would have thought there would be people on call 24 hrs to fix these issues and sadly it seems not to be true. I would never buy into this complex which has so many good things to like about it under this management team.
Maybe the owner occuppiers are to blame as well as not sure who cares
about the urgency of these issues. If someone could only use the lifts because they were disabled , they would have been a prisoner in their own building.

All my past and recent business being organised by Sam Orley has been
exeptional,a very well organised and efecient property manager,as an
owner i can be assured of the level of detail taken to see that the tennants
are well informed and all details are attended to.I am extremely pleased

I was a tenant with Colliers in Perth and have been very impressed with the treatment and service received. Our property manager was Sam Orley and she was lovely to deal with! She was very responsive, personable and helpful throughout the lease. I was interstate when the lease ended and her assistance ensured that the process ran smoothly. I would definitely recommend Colliers as a tenant and am very satisfied with the service I received.

Initially my experience in the first year with Colliers International wasn't great, they kept on getting new property managers to replace previous ones. After one particularly bad inspection (who I suspect didn't even bother to take notes since I asked for evidence which he couldn't provide), Colliers finally found a great property manager named Sam Orely. In my years of renting Sam has provided the best level of service and care that I've seen from property managers. Unfortunately Sam left Colliers, but luckily her role was filled by Fay Saunders. Fay has also been super helpful and friendly and has continued to provide an excellent service. If Colliers Internation can bring in this calibre of talent and retain them they will continue to do well in the future.

Sam Orley is my property manager and I have never experienced the level of service I have experienced from Sam. She is diligent, on the ball and follows up with everything that is necessary. An expert in her field.

I ve been renting for many years and Sam Orley is the best agent I ve dealt with. She s personable, helpful & really friendly. A great asset to Colliers.

Been under their strata for a few years now and was good start with enough supports received but recently their communication seems to be different, feel little condescending and lack of respect. We pay for extremely expensive strata fees every 3 months and even they are charging us more and more, although I don't see any improvements at all and nothing feels like worth paying for. we have absolutely no choice but have to pay. Show more respect and don't be so rude. We don't work for you and have no idea how the things works. Please be kind to everyone who PAYING you.

Disappointing unprofessional service. First year at Queens Riverside, but so far totally waste of money paying strata fees to this company. arrogant and unprofessional, there is no one can support us in professional manner. I wish I knew before the purchase. inquires are always ignored.

Esther is prompt, easy going, and has quickly resolved all my queries and apartment work requests. It s clear Colliers are a notch above the rest in the real estate game.

I would not recommend this company as a property owner. Since our property manager left the new senior property manager in charge is unable to cope. She doesn t return txt or emails. Colliers don t answer their phone. When we get through she is totally confused with who she is speaking too. Talks about interested applicants but doesn t follow up or present any applications. Our property is in a well sort after western suburbs. We have been clients for a long time, we asked to terminate our agreement and they are enforcing a 28 day period where we can t rent our property. The last tenants to move out didn t clean the property and we have had to follow up repeatedly to try and get it cleaned. Very bad service since our property manager left. Stay clear of them.

Beware! They work for the Landlords...If your a tenant you will get screwed over.

Alyce Sutton is respected by Pauline and I as a conscientious Property Manager.Always pleasant and respectful and sees to priority jobs ASAP. We hope that she will continue being our property Manager we have never known better. Again on 22 January 2019 Since this post we have had another emergency and this was dealt with very efficiently by Alyce with grateful thanks after the air conditioner broke down.

Alyce Sutton is our property manager and Alyce is so great to deal with always polite and straight to the point in getting things done , she always follows up with a phone call to see how everything is when a job is finished , great staff as well all great to deal with.

I'm a client of Colliers since 2015 - hv a property under their management. Sam Orley taken over my account in late 2017, and my confidence & satisfaction on Colliers hv being increasing. Sam hv being proactively keeping us posted on our property, issues highlighted are promptly follow thru till closure. I would strongly recommend Sam to any property owner out there.
