I live in mountains the winters are hard on dual pane windows moisture gets in between panels Ruden did a excellent job replacing dual pane panels now I can see thru the windows! Thank You Rondy's Glass.
They used to be very helpful, but there seems to be a lack of enthusiasm during my past two visits. I may visit again but I'm losing my enthusiasm. Hopefully, they just had bad days, but a pattern seems to be developing.

I went here for an odd cut of glass for a fish tank I was working on. They provided excellent service, decent price, and completed my order in just an hour after placing it!
The only sort of negative is they were a little hard to find, but after going once you can't miss it.

I put down a deposit of $400 for replacement glass for my sliding glass doors. They weren't able to install them. It's been 2 months and I'm still trying to get my deposit back. BEWARE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM!
The guys here are awesome! Very helpful and kind! They ve been here forever and know their glass. They cut any size you need. I will be back:) My husband built a snake cage and they cut custom pieces for it which turned out great!
Pleasant place the shop. Soon as I walked in I was served and requested what I needed. They were very prompt on cutting the piece of glass I needed. Everyone there was very friendly.

Rondy's listing stated that his business serves Crestline, where I reside. During the Thanksgiving storm, a branch broke my bedroom window. Rondy hesitated and said that he didn't know if he could get up to Crestline, and I told him that the roads were clear. He hesitated and continued to say that he didn't know when he could make it up the mountain. I explained that it was very cold out and I needed my window repaired but he continued to say that he didn't know when he could come up. I stated that despite his advertisement, he obviously does not serve Crestline. Another glass place in Highland called me back and came that day and did the repair.
I don't normally write reviews but I was compelled to let people know about this establishment. I own a restaurant and was in need of expedited repair for a broken entrance door. A quick Google search led me to Randy's Door & Trim. Chris arrived within an hour. Chris is customer service exemplified! What seemed like a simple fix turned out to be much more complex. I needed custom hardware that would have taken over a week to receive. Chris phoned the owner, explained my predicament, and headed out get materials to fabricate the needed hardware on site! My door was fixed within 2 hours including replacing the broken glass. I have previously worked in commercial real estate development and have worked with hundreds of businesses. Take my word for it, these guys are in rare air. Thank you Chris and Randy! You saved me big time! You are the only business replacing my glass doors for the foreseeable future.
We had a rather large order of custom cut glass and they did a fantastic job accommodating our order and Great Pricing. We needed the glass quickly and they did an awesome job in getting it cut and ready for us on time. Very professional staff and very helpful for what we needed done and getting it to us on time. Next time we need any glass we will be coming back to Rondy's Glass. Great Job!!! Highly Recommended.
Mirror was great. Got it cut exactly to size. The guy behind the counter didn't seem very thrilled to see a customer come in however the dog was very friendly.
They custom cut flat laminated safety glass. The gal I spoke to was very nice over the phone and said she will work on my quote and call back.

She called me back promptly with the quote. It was quite a bit higher than I can order the same glass from the internet, shipping included. $40 each piece is their minimum price.. I need 10 small pieces. I am not purchasing from them this time. If I needed just one peice I might have.

Just needed a simple pane of glass for a window. Googled glass cutters for pane glass windows and saw a few. This was much closer to me, so called first to see if they did what I needed, which they did. Went there and gave them the measurements, had it cut and sides smoothed in like 5 minutes. Guys there are cool and laid back. Had a chance to walk around their showroom while I waited. Good selection of retrofit windows and doors. And from what I overheard, they will come to your home and give you a quote on whatever you need. Id recommend them, alwaysbetter to give smaller local businesses your business, they take better care of you and the workmanship is always way better.
My husband called them this AM when we found my office had been broken into. They were at my office within 30 minutes and had glass replaced within an hour!! Amazing service!!!!! I ve NEVER had a company respond this quickly! I will be using Rondy s forever!! Love them

I recently broke the double paned tempered glass sliding part of one of my patio doors and Rondy's glass came to the rescue. They showed up fast and on time to measure. They special ordered the glass because it was an odd size, and they offered to securely plug up the huge hole that was left from the missing glass. The glass was installed the same day the shop received it, and the crew even showed up on time for that too. Every person that I talked to on the phone, and every person that was in my home was professional. I would recommend Rondy's Glass to anyone who wants to have their glass issues handled the right way.

I like to support my local businesses, and in return I expect to be treated fairly. Rondy's replaced two windows for me and after only a few months the metal casings popped off at the bottom. After 3 months of calling to request that they fix my windows, I am still being ignored. They were happy to take my money initially but apparently don't care about repairing their faulty installation. A very sad situation when businesses don't comprehend the value of customer service. This company has no integrity. Definitely look elsewhere for your glass needs

Maybe you will have a better experience than we did with poor customer service and a quote $1000.00 higher than an established competitor.

This place is the definition of a model glass shop. Theyve been known to carry a lot of older hardware and replacement parts for older doors and windows. They are a certified Milgard supplier. They do complete installs, retrofits, Energy Efficient Windows, etc. Theyve also gained a name for custom work (fish tanks, plexiglass, displays, etc.) They are incredibly kind and helpful people. They are a staple of the old san bernardino community and have been for a long time. You cant go wrong with Rondy's Glass and they will always make you happy.

Had a male answer the phone by saying hello ?? I thought I had the wrong number ...since the person did not say the name of the company. I guess that's not the standard anymore. I ask the guy to set me up and appointment and he takes down my name and number ...said he will check the appointments and get back to me. So after waiting an entire day ...I call him back ...and remind him of our conversation ...he then states again ....let me call you back with an appointment. So I wait for 3 hours ...I call him back and he stated I thought you said "FORGET IT" I have no idea how a person or company can have this kind of service ..
