I expected my car to be washed, it wasn't. Usually I get a car wash. Have You changed
this procedure?

Also I had service job in March, at that time, I was told my battery was bad.
I replaced it that same month and at this last service the technician reported the
battery was bad. I would like to know how the batteries are tested and what is checked
when reporting a bad battery....
