This firm represented the seller of my home. House was not cleaned, and CBD agent did not comply with the terms of the sale agreement (failed to remove several items). Dude got a great commission for which he did very little. Sellers and buyers should be aware.
Great office to work at! Convenient location and has really classy professional meeting spaces. Always workstations and parking available to use. Very friendly staff!
Beware of this Realtor. Auston Hilkin is as unprofessional as they come. A simple check error was made and every effort was made to fix it within the hour. Instead of helping to find a solution he went back on his word that if cash was delivered by noon it would be fine. Meanwhile we come to find that this wasn t even an actual listing through Coldwell, but something he was doing on the side. This office allows their employees to use their name on listings they aren t even involved with. Beware beware beware.
