10/1 Update/Respone to Reply: I was not your client. Your client lived out of state, likely why the home wasn't cleaned. You guys are welcome to come remove the basement carpet - like you were supposed to do - whenever you want. You have my contact information.

This firm represented the seller of my home. House was not cleaned, and CBD agent did not comply with the terms of the sale agreement (failed to remove several items). Dude got a great commission for which he did very little. Sellers and buyers should be aware.
