I wanted to leave a review for my real estate agent Wanda McDonnell. We came in on a Saturday to gain information about the home buying process in the Myrtle Beach area. Wanda was on floor duty that day and she quickly answered all of our questions. What she didn't know, she promptly found the answer and relayed it back to us. Within two days she set us up with a mortgage company and we had a pre-approval in hand! Wanda then asked us our needs and paid very close attention to the detail in picking out beautiful homes for us. She always made herself available for us, even after hours with phone calls, texts, and emails. Wanda also took a vacation during this time but stayed in constant contact with us. She certainly went above and beyond in helping us! I highly recommend anyone searching for a home to contact her. You will not be disappointed!

Buyer,seller & FSBO beware of this Coldwell Banker Chicora in Surfside Beach I suggest you choose another real estate. We had such a bad experience with Allison Stack & the broker in charge. Their combined way of bullying us as a FSBO to lower our price was disgusting, but we stood our ground! It s a conflict of interest to represent your own family and the broker in charge should never allowed this to happen. The most unethical group of humans, you all are in the wrong business. Buyers beware,the agent had the sellers best interest in mind. I strongly recommend choosing your own Home Inspector and Attorney.Do not let the Agent choose for you.The Agent had poor follow-up.

We called Pete Sollecito to discuss putting our house on the market. He said he would do a little research and call us back in two days. We never heard back from him. We did choose another realtor to list our home.
