It's really good ice cream place they have chairs and tables inside and out & Service is fast . prices are reasonable . they give you good quantity tho . nice visit with friends , family or girlfriend .
On this day I visited ,the line was very long, staff managed to move as fast as possible and still gave every good costumer service.I had my favorite French vanilla and mixed in pecans.Love Cold stone!!

One of the few Cold stone locations that has banana as an ice cream flavor. However, they were unwilling to mix Banana, Strawberry, and Chocolate ice cream together because they are only able to mix up to 2 flavors of ice cream? I've been going to Cold stone for over a decade and never have I been told that they cant mix 3 flavors! They were polite about it, though.

You can never really go wrong with Cold Stone. Not only are you going to get your sweet tooth fix but if you go online to their website and check out their deals you can get a by one get one free in any of the staple size cups of icecream. You can even include a couple addons. Another nice thing is if your with a friend like I was, you can split the order and get a whole "gotta have it" size cup for less then 4 bucks. That's a whole pint of icecream for of your choice for super cheap! That's what I call a super sweet deal. Definitely check them out!
I had an amazing experience when I went into this cold stone. Lauren (the girl working on shift) helped me right away and was very nice. I will definitely be returning to this location due to the excellent customer service provided by Lauren. Plus no one beats cold stone ice cream lol

Get the banana bread ice cream! It tastes just like the real thing, omg. Sooo gooood. And it's seasonal, so it won't last very long. Also, another super good one was "coffee lovers only" - I will definitely be back for more. Also, I really like that there's an outdoor patio seating.

My husband and I got our ice cream and at the point of paying, we where advised they could not take our $50 bill, the cashier said it extremely rude. Now..let me add THEY DID NOT HAVE IT POSTED..and took our ice creams back JUST TO THROW THEM AWAY.. wasteful..not like we didn't have enough to pay.. because of their mistake, my ice cream got wasted and I was completely embarrassed. I will never go back there.
I ordered a birthday cake about a week ago, and unfortunately was not quite the cake I wanted; disappointed indeed, but nevertheless no big deal, mistakes happen, to ALL of us. The followup I received from Mr. Rupesh, the store manager, was absolutely unexpected. His genuine concern and apology showed the utmost in professionalism that is so lacking in so many businesses today. Regardless of what happened, I will not hesitate to order another cake again!!!
It's Cold Stone. Good ice cream, good variety of toppings, probably definitely not healthy for you. But it's ice cream, that's to be expected.

I went Saturday, November 7th about 5:30pm & I went in and stood in lobby for a couple minutes before a girl & guy came out from the back. And so I asked for one of their signature creations she asked what size.. so I said can I get it in this waffle bowl please. She said ok?? I m you still have to pick a size and I said okay sorry this is my first time at a cold stone bc I usually go to bask in Robbins! And said said okay?? And was so mean omg the ice cream was yummy but customer service was not there.. :/
We always order birthday cakes here. They always get our custom orders right and the cakes are delicious. Staff is always very nice and store is kept clean, even the outdoor tables.
Love this place! Try the sweet cream ice cream, its delicious as is everything they have. Be aware that they sing when you tip though. This was unexpected for me.

I wouldn't recommend this location. The customer service is subpar to say the least, the teenager employees seem to not what to do their job. Not to mention one of the employees tries to show off by throwing ice cream in the air just to drop it on the floor. I watched him do it 3 times in a row, what a waste of product. I will say the ice cream is good however the employees are a different story.
Cold stone is tasty and delicious. I just think its a little expensive for my taste. With a family of 4 its almost the same price if we went out for dinner some nights haha

They don't have Nutella at all, so I get their sweet cream as the base for my really custom flavor of Nutella and fresh strawberries on a Snickerdodo biscuit with Chintilly whipped cream
Great service wonderful ice-cream. The add ins really add to the experience. The three stars are because the tables are never clean. The ice-cream droppings are like concrete they have been there so long. Please... please... please have someone clean the tables.

This is the first Cold Stone Creamery ever opened! I love Cold Stone! This isn't boring ice cream that comes in a tub with everything already mixed in. No, this is the pinnacle of custom ice cream experiences. I always get the Coffee Lovers Only because I'm boring, but I'm pretty sure there are more flavor combinations than atoms in the universe so go crazy!

My family and I went there for dessert for my husband's birthday. There were 9 of us and the only mistake was they forgot to put Graham crackers in my daughters ice cream. Other wise it was great.
