I went Saturday, November 7th about 5:30pm & I went in and stood in lobby for a couple minutes before a girl & guy came out from the back. And so I asked for one of their signature creations she asked what size.. so I said can I get it in this waffle bowl please. She said ok?? I m you still have to pick a size and I said okay sorry this is my first time at a cold stone bc I usually go to bask in Robbins!
And said said okay??
And was so mean omg the ice cream was yummy but customer service was not there.. :/
