This is the best duct and carpet cleaning company in the greater Cleveland area. Mike, the company representative and salesman, came out and explained the process and their advanced techniques used in cleaning the duct and carpet. Two highly trained professionals came out and cleaned my shop ducts as well as my carpet and ducts at my residence. They did an excellent job and promised to come back for another round if any issues come up. Their professionalism and highly skilled technicians are wonderful to work with. Their satisfaction / money back guarantee is a big plus. I will definitely use their services over and over again. I highly recommend for any cleaning services.

We had them clean out and sanitize the house vents . Brent the technician was amazing - on time, nice and respectful, did a great job with everything- showed me the before and after pics of the vents - omg disgusting! I feel so much better that they're clean! Worth every penny and honestly the price wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I'll hire them again without a doubt :)

I desperately needed Coit when my husband passed away at home after a long illness. Family and friends were coming. I thought I had no chance of getting on the schedule but asked if there might be a cancellation may I have that slot. Luckily there was one and they had someone come right out. Bobby Sommers was so kind and gentle, and went above and beyond in helping me. I can't say enough good things about Coit as a company, it's employees and the quality of their work and ethic. They've won my business .... and my heart ....

Air duct cleaning and sanitize was awesome, tech was on time, friendly, placed protective mats and corner guards down, explained each phase as he begun it, he went over and beyond! I would give him 10 stars if I could! Some vents were not clipped in and when he put everything back together he clipped each one in, he secured his access holes with tape. Air duct cleaning from COIT is amazing.... Now let's change gears to Carpet cleaning, this was not so great, he arrived at the end of the window but within it, did not wear covers over his shoes (like the air duct guy) more than 24 hours later my dinning room is still wet. The carpets were drenched (maybe it needed it?) as far as looks they look good (But they had no stains), as far as smell they have a scent of some sort but then again it's still damp/wet 32 hours later. They do not place the booties on furniture to protect it while carpet is wet, they leave the items on an area that has no carpeting. Also beware ask about ANYTHING that comes to mind I took their recommendation but when the carpet guy arrived I learned of a new line item "odor eliminator" (Which oddly enough leaves me with an odor which I was told if i didn't get "odor eliminator" I would get an odor and be paying for another service call to get my carpets cleaned...so I said okay to pay double my quote now or later, let's do it now...paying nearing doubling for this service and guess what it smelled some say mildew I smelled pet, mind you every ceiling fan and window was open during the day when I'm home) Hopefully this helps all you review readers. If the odor goes away after a couple of days I will update this...as far as Air duct cleaning goes Coit hands down is the place.

UPDATE: Coit stands behind making it right, the issues you read above have been resolved by a second visit. The guy was prompt and waited for me as I did not answer at first due to being sick. He came in with foot protection. Asked where the issue was and took care of the issue, I expressed concern of two other rooms on lower level and he took care of them as well. Carpet no longer has an odor.

Was fine. Not 100% sure how much stuff was pulled out and I know he didn t access all vents.
Also thought it was odd that he pulled to the backyard and accessed the home through a patio door vs. the front door.... which then lead the tech to getting his van stuck in the yard and having to be towed.

I had air duct cleaning and my service provider was on time, courteous, professional and overall outstanding and amazing. My service provider explained the process step by step and did his job without taking breaks or getting sidetracked. The next time I have this service which will most likely be the end of 2021. I would like to have the same person if he is still there.

When a technician stopped by to give us our estimate, I was pleased at the thoroughness of the cleaning that he said Coit would perform. I was less impressed with the actual cleaning.

Our technician was very nice, but between the estimator and himself there seemed to be a disconnect with how to clean things - S vs. W cleaning on the furniture especially.

We were very concerned with the basement walkout carpet as we wanted to make sure it dried quickly. (See pictures) The amount of water that was left in the carpet after cleaning seemed excessive. The dark areas on the front of each riser were soaked and the picture with the paper towel was when I stood on it for just a brief second. There was so much water on each step that it was squishy.

When we did return 4 days later, everything seemed dry. However overall, I'd give the experience a 3 1/2 stars.
