Average beer with lots of eclectic fruit/spiced offerings. Very limited menu. The pizza was good but not enough for two adults and an appetite. We will try again only we will eat beforehand.

Terrific beer, great atmosphere, and super friendly staff. Pizza and duck fat fries are awesome too.
They have a real gift for some off the wall beers. You have to try the chips and salsa beer, not to mention the variations on brown and cream beers. Their flagship beers are great to style and delicious.

Beer, pizza, fries. Corner-stores of a great brewery? I think so. All 3 were very good. Service was a bit slow, only one waitress on a Saturday night. This was the only downside... it took us 45 minutes to get out of here. Soured an excellent experience.

Boy, I was hoping to like this place more. The pizza was pretty good, especially for the price. The establishment itself is small, dark, and the server was questionable and not the most attentive. The pizza was dropped at our table with no mention that we had to go get our own cheap cheap paper plates. The food was tasty, the beer selection was not great and not much to my liking, we only stayed for one beer before hitting another brewery.

Best beer in Colorado Springs! Beet cream ale, cucumber cream ale, Irish red, coconut brown are some favorites! Fun Firkin every Thursday and a pizza of the month! November is Thanksgiving pizza month, Go Get One!

I'm coming back just try the rest of the beers! Everything on tap is an artisan beer, everything I tasted was top notch. The environment was inviting and friendly which is great when you travel.

The beer here is nothing special and owner wanted to make a big deal because I wanted to order the kids size pizza and I wasn't a kid!! I have never heard of such a thing usually a paying customer doesn't get told what they can and can't order off the menu...but dont worry I wont trouble you guys ever again plenty of other breweries in the area that would love my business without hassling me about what I order off the menu great way to treat new people checking you out. You might want to rethink your business strategy!

Each time we eat at cogstone, it has been amazing! They just added the burger to their menu which the husband loves! And it was my birthday today and they made it really special. Our children love the kids pizzas since they are served up on a Frisbee.

This is one of my favorite microbreweries in the Springs. The selection of beers covers a wide range from cream ales to stouts, all brewed with a unique twist. You can definitely taste the love of brewing here! The selection also changes frequently - so, you can definitely come back often and still have many new options. Fresh made pizza and very tasty fries are great also!

Beer is pretty good, the styles need a little work.. IPA needs a bit more hops, and the brown could use a bit more malt. Very drinkable. (I'm super picky and follow the Michael Jackson rules) Fries and pizza are pretty good. Friendly staff and fun crowd.

We had samples of all of the beers they brew. All were very tasty; really enjoyed the Raspberry Brown! The pizza was great -- so nice to have food available that is not from a food truck! Since they're a brew pub, they also offer wine, which is nice. Talked with Mark, the owner, he is very knowledgeable and friendly. The wait staff is very friendly also! Much better service than some of the craft breweries in town and great beer/food!! Can see this being one of our favorite brew pubs in town!

This is probably the best brewery in all of Colorado Springs. Their food is unique because they use duck fat in their recipes. The pizza is deliciously wood fired, and their craft selections are one-of-a-kind. You absolutely have to try their Chips and Salsa Cream Ale. Their rotations keep me on my toes and I've yet to have a bad time in this welcoming environment. Cogstone Brewing is a must for all Coloradoans to try in their craft beer journeys.

Great local joint to stop at and have a beer or meal. The food was good and reasonably priced. The Geeks Who Drink host was funny and engaging for trivia night. The bathroom could use an upgrade and was the only thing I was dissatisfied with.

The gyro pizza on special was one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Open for dine in which we really appreciated. Belgian blonde was an excellent beer and the "chips and salsa" taste exactly as it's name implies if you are adventurous.

Cogstone is a smaller local brewery with good beer and great homemade fired pizza. The bartenders/servers are great, they are friendly and attentive.

But the two owners/brewers, who are almost always there, either working or having a beer, are some of the most unfriendly business owners I've seen. I, as a semi regular, can come in and sit down right in front of or next to them and they don't utter a word. No "Hi", "How are you today", "We have this new brew on tap", or anything. This is unlike any other craft Brewery I've been to in Colorado Springs. Usually the owners are the friendliest and always willing to talk about their creation.

Marc and Robert are great brewers and are actively involved with their customers. Both are often visiting customers at their tables and talking with them. Their pizzas are excellent as are their fries. They recently expanded their menu and added a few more items. Visit them - it is well worth the stop.

Only great beers, they don't even sell "water beer". Pizza is excellent and good portion. The owners/employees are all extremely friendly and I've learned all their names. It's never a bad time at Cogstone! Go here, drink beer, eat good food, watch some sports, get to know them!

We stopped in here randomly visiting in town. We had a great time. The pizza and drinks were wonderful. Service was fantastic. Made some new friends. Definitely recommend stopping in for some food or a drink!

Awesome beer. They aren't afraid to experiment and the results are amazing. Small but great food selection as well. Owner mark came and checked on us during our visit. I highly recommend this place.

I first visited Cogstone about a year ago. I thought it was pretty good but the waitress was rude and lazy. I visited again today and what a difference!! The beer and food is outstanding and the staff (especially Monica) were so helpful and friendly. I'll be back very soon.

Duck Fat fries, Margherita pizza and a pint of Apricot Wheat is a winning combo. Great, laid back well lit atmosphere. Very relaxed. Very friendly staff. Have been a handful of times and always enjoyed it.

Edit: Dont show up on Trivia Night unless you want to do trivia and can handle the entire place talking extremely loudly along with the MC's audio being 100x louder than necessary for 2 hours.

Theyre closed Mon and Tues.

For Wednesday make sure you show up before 7PM to get a chance at a table out on the patio for some semblance of peaceful dining.

Thursday through Sundays should be pretty chill and when this place shines the most.

Cogstone's chips and salsa beer is one of the best (and most unique) beers I've ever had, but the rest of their taplist is fantastic, too. Definitely give these guys a try and support a wonderful local brewery!
