Posting is not done in a timely manner like it used to. COVID, I believe ,
has a tremendous impact.

The leasing office is completely incompetent. I have lived at 275 South Street for 2.5 years and they have not once processed the rent check correctly or in a timely manner. I received invoices mid-month every single month stating I am 1, 2, even 3 months late when I have paid in full and on time every month. Nancy Marzano and Eileen Martinez (she rated herself/NMG 5 stars below, the most work I've ever seen her do) are the two contacts in the leasing office. Nancy never responds to emails. Eileen will respond but not answer the questions. Most recently I received an invoice stating I am 3 months behind, I emailed both of them with photos and details showing the check numbers and when they were cashed, and stating I wanted them to confirm everything was paid to date before I utilize their new online rent paying system. Eileen emailed me back a day later and asked if my August rent had cleared. Within six minutes I sent her screenshots and reiterated the information on check numbers from my first email showing all checks, including August, were cashed. Then no response now again for over 24 hours. It has been a nightmare with the company, which is a shame because I like my building. I will not be renewing when my lease ends. They have lost individual checks (which was strange when I lived with two roommates and I mailed the checks in the same envelope.) They also charge you a late fee when THEY lose one of the checks in the envelope. They also don't cash them at the same time - I once mailed 3 checks together on the 30th, and one check was cashed on the 8th, one was cashed on the 20th, and then they assigned a "late fee" because they somehow lost the third check.

the worst management ever, they don't answer phones, everything is falling apart in their buildings, the pipes in the buildings are always leaking, no one cares, all they know to do is make their tenants miserable and frustrated.

I Would Never In My Life Rent A Property From These Folks Again . They Don t Care About There Tenants At All .

One of the worst management companies I've ever dealt with. Lazy people that don't help
