We are a non-profit with very little technical support. Our technical support made the error of not turning off our account when we changed our hosting. I asked Cogeco to refund any portion of the over $1200 billed to us for unused services - they didn't refund even the most recent partial month. I don't recommend doing business with companies that do not treat their customers with equity and compassion.
